AMAZING! mom's been coming for over 3 years now. It wasn't easy to get her here. When she started she faught tooth and nail not to come, starting only 2 days a week for half days. To the credit of the wonderful staff, especially Rosanna, eventually 2 half days became two full, then 3, now she comes 5 days a week, has made numerous friends, and is excited to be here. The Regency has changed her life in the very best of ways. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate everything they do here. Thank you to Gabriella, Deborah, Rosanna, Al, and all the staff for making mom happy and taking such wonderful care of her. ❤️

Worth every penny!! My dad was diagnosed with severe Alzheimer’s and my mom was struggling as his main caregiver. I found Regency through Google but was a little worried about the all inclusive cost. When we came for the tour, within 30 seconds of walking through the door I realized it’s worth every penny. The front desk worker, Nicole, made my father feel so good about himself and was so loving. You knew she knew how to work with people with Alzheimer’s!! He has not been that happy in a while. But it wasn’t just Nicole, it was every single person on staff. Every person was so genuine, kind, caring, and truly wants to be there. The cost can be hard for people on lower incomes. In addition, they do ask that every new person comes 3x for the first two weeks. But after that they can go down to 1x per week which my dad will be doing. However with the cost comes, - door to door transportation (they literally picked him up at his apartment) - 3 meals a day - hair cut, shaving - help with showering and/or using the bathroom (whatever they need) - “field trips” out 3x a week Today was my dad’s first day and he had a great day! He said he had fun, made friends, and had good food. I already notice an improvement in his mental health! If I was able to I would have him there 2-3x a week every week I would! This place is such a blessing and I’m so grateful for every person who made my dad’s first day today really happy. 🙏🏻💕

My mom, Nicki, has been a member of the Regency Memory Care Club for almost a year. I cannot say enough good things about the care Yeah, I don’t have any like she has received, but here are a few. We can’t adequately express how much the Regency and its staff means to my mother and our family. The activities planned and executed are top-notch. Who would have thought mom would be dining out at local restaurants, watching ballet performances, making fresh mozzarella, playing mini golf, singing and so much more! We are so appreciative of the attention, understanding and patience the staff has shown with mom’s care. It is such a good feeling to know that they are all in our corner, sharing our experience, providing suggestions and feedback to help us at home as well as making her days at Regency better. And, all of it always done with such grace and warmth - and smiles! We certainly know that mom can be a challenge as well as a blessing. Our friends at the Regency always accentuates the latter.
