Sasha and Dr. Gao at Regen Clinic have been amazing! I had been diagnosed with psoriasis and possible lupus last year. The psoriasis was quite bad and extremely itchy. After hearing about red light therapy, I decided to give it a try. The psoriasis on my face cleared up in a matter of weeks. Sasha introduced me to Dr. Gao. I was stunned at how spot on he was with my issues after only spending a short amount of time checking me over. After a regiment of chinese herbal medicines and acupuncture over 3 weeks, I feel rejuvenated and ten years younger. My psoriasis is clearing up and am sleeping like a baby. It has been over a decade since I have woke feeling rested. Even my boyfriend said hes never seen my skin look so good and that I have a sparkle back in my eyes. I could not be more grateful for Sasha and Dr. Gao.

I originally found REGEN Clinic when I was looking into red light therapy a month before a trip to Mexico and was hoping to improve my skin and overall appearance. But when I explored the website more, I realized they also offered treatments with more medical benefits, which led me to try it for a serious back injury I was suffering with for months. When I first walked into the clinic, I was hunched over, pulled to one side, and could barely make it from the parking lot to the door. Within the first 2–3 days, I noticed a difference. I was in less pain and had more mobility. By the end of the first week I could stand straighter and felt more energetic and confident. From the beginning, Sasha was incredibly invested in helping me. She set up a treatment plan for me, celebrated all my wins, and truly went above and beyond. Even coming in when the building was closed to do focused laser treatments because she wanted to help me feel better before my trip. I committed to going regularly, and by the time I left for Mexico, I was able to walk up to 3 km pain free, which was a huge win considering where I started. And the bonus…people keep telling me I’m looking younger! The clinic itself is beautiful, clean, and very calming, and the staff are always kind and welcoming. I continue to feel improvements in my body, with less stiffness and more overall comfort. I would absolutely recommend REGEN to anyone curious about light therapy, whether it’s for wellness, skin, or recovery.

After my doctor said the only viable treatment to speed up return of mobility for frozen shoulder was surgery, I was surprised and delighted that my ROM increased dramatically and pain was noticeably reduced after 4 laser acupuncture treatments over 2 weeks at RegenClinic. Incredible! Recommend.

I am able to use the helmet, therapy bed and receive acupuncture to address my chronic health concerns. Sasha is amazing, guiding me through the benefits of each treatment method and setting up an optimal schedule. I have been seeing David twice a week for laser acupuncture. He tailors his treatment to my issues at the time and works with needles and targeted devices to relieve my pain and discomfort. I had red light therapy helmet treatments at RegenClinic to help with insomnia. Each session lasted about five minutes. During the first two sessions, I experienced a noticeable tingling sensation in my brain during the treatment and for hours afterward. That sensation stopped after the initial sessions, but the benefits continued. I also had 2 sessions with their acupuncturist, David. The most significant improvement has been my sleep. After about four treatments, I’m now able to fall asleep within roughly 5–10 minutes of lying down, which was not the case for me before. Overall, my sleep quality and overall sleep wellness have improved significantly.

My experience with RegenClinic red light therapy clinic has been outstanding. Red light therapy has helped me with a variety of issues, including painful sports-related muscle pulls and more serious injuries, acute back aches that significantly limited my mobility, and a chronic hand skin condition that I struggled with for a long time. What impressed me most is the speed and effectiveness of the treatments. Pain related to acute sports injuries often improve within five minutes, with pain relief continuing to build after the session. Occasionally, I needed one or two follow-up treatments, but the relief was consistently fast and noticeable. My chronic hand skin condition, which had been difficult to treat with prescribed medicated creams and ointments, took about six weeks to manage, with treatments lasting only two minutes each. The progress was steady and remarkable. The staff are consistently courteous, professional, and welcoming, which makes every visit comfortable. It’s also incredibly easy to schedule appointments — the clinic’s long hours, and the ability to gain access even on some Sundays, provide exceptional flexibility for anyone with a busy schedule. Overall, RegenClinic red light therapy clinic offers effective, non-invasive, rapid relief for a wide range of conditions. Dear Ones, I am forever grateful to Sasha for giving access to such phenomenal healing methods with the Thor red light photobiomodulation equipment at her clinic in Victoria. I am a retired nurse from the open heart unit across the street and I faced huge challenges this summer when my husband was hospitalized for two months. I have been receiving Laser Acupuncture for 4 weeks now for Osteoarthritis in my foot. It has been totally painless and non invasive and has given me back freedom of movement that I have not had in years. It is also covered by extended medical which makes it even better.
