Very disappointed. I have been waiting over 3 months for Regal to fix the vinyl they replaced on my shed. They use sub contractors. The crew used tools from my shed. The same came out twice to make corrections and the vinyl is still not correct. They removed lattice from around the shed. When they came out to fix it they dug a trench and stood it up. It is not attached to anything and of course falling over. The piece of lattice they used was taken from inside my shed without permission. Dale came out in December and stated it would be approximately 6 hours work to repair. He said they would send someone different around mid January. I called March 5 spoke to Shane who stated I would be receiving a call from him or Dale. Still waiting. Unfortunately I paid them in full.

We are committed to making this right, including repairing the vinyl properly and addressing any material or payment concerns.
Another great experience with Regal Home Improvement putting on our new roof. We've been going with Regal for over 20 years now. They did our vinyl siding & new windows on our old house and gutter guards & roof on our current house.
Every time we'd gather quotes around RVA & every time we went with Regal. Not just because of great price, but the quality of material & service are unbeatable. You know how you dream of roof or siding material that's going to be "overkill" wonderful, lifetime lasting and quality? This is that place.
This time around they worked on our roof in 18 degree weather & a sheet of ice on the ground. When the work was done they kept showing up for weeks to ensure the work was done, cleaned up & we were happy. See you again for the next round Regal.

We had a great experience with Regal Home Improvement, and especially with our contractor, David Eckles. From start to finish, David paid close attention to every detail and took the time to walk us through each step of the process, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free on our end.
Our project included rebuilding our front deck using a composite material and new, updated columns, extending our back deck, and adding a patio. The workmanship and quality of the finished project exceeded our expectations. Everything looks beautiful, sturdy, and thoughtfully done.
We’re very pleased with the results and would absolutely recommend Regal Home Improvement and David Eckles to anyone looking for reliable, detail-oriented work.

I reached out to this company back on November of 2025. I was then contacted by one of their sales rep two days later. The conversation went well from there a date was set to meet. Due to a family emergency I was able to reschedule as I stayed in contact with the sales rep I believe by the name of Brent, Bryan and or Brandon. However when we finally did meet the rep was 30 minutes late. No call and or communication. He apologized and we proceeded with our meeting. Myself and husband had almost a 2 hour meeting with this individual. The meeting went well with the expectation of having a estimate sent over in the next week. A week and three days passed so I reached out to the representative personally. I wanted to see how things were going and to provide my email as this was not taken for the quote. The representative never returned my call but through text, informed me that he was in the middle of a big project and this delayed the quote. No worries I completely understood and informed him of this. He then advised me that I would receive a quote in the upcoming week. Two weeks passed then Christmas... remind you I met this representative on December the 11th. I reached out again this time no reply no follow up. I then reached out to the office on the following Monday and made a complaint. The young lady who took my information said she would pass this information on to someone. No one reached out so I waited until the following Monday where I was the able to talk with someone then again was told someone would reach out. I'm still waiting on that call 😂. I have never in my life of doing business experience a situation like this..I'm happy to say I was able to get another quote and the job done by another company who exceeded my expectation. I see why the rating is 4.7 very unprofessional.👎

Regal did an excellent job on my vinyl siding. The employees were awesome and had great customer service . I would recommend this company for any home improvement projects.

From estimate to final cleanup, Regal was professional, courteous, punctual, and an overall great value. Regal's work is top-notch, but where they really shine is in customer service, specifically communication. There was never a time that I did not know where in the process we were, what was happening financially, or when work would begin and end. I will contract with them again for future renovations and repairs.

Straight forward and honest assessment of my gutter problems initially. They showed up to do the work on time, cleaned my gutters and placed the guards in less than 3 hours. No mess, couldn’t even tell they had been here. They called me the next day to make sure I was happy with their work. Very satisfied! Vince

We recently had our roof, siding, trim, and gutter system replaced by Regal Home Contracting. The entire process was efficient and professional, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results!
Regal provided a detailed and transparent estimate that thoroughly explained all aspects of the project. The crew was knowledgeable and efficient, working diligently to complete the project in a timely manner. Phil, the operations manager, was quick to answer our questions and any concerns were promptly addressed. We also received regular updates throughout the project. The crew was very friendly, efficient and cleaned up their work site each day, leaving everything tidy and organized. This made the renovation process much less disruptive to our family.

Recently had new siding placed by Regal Home Improvements. The house looks brand new, they did an awesome job! The crew were friendly and helpful they cleaned up afterwards and replaced all lights and cameras, etc. They made the old windows look better than they did when they were replaced by another company! We would definitely hire this company for any other home improvements that we are in need of.

Regal was fantastic with the work we had done at our house! From the time we received the quote all the way through the process of installation through completion.
