Jay is an amazing physio! He took great care of my broken knee, helped my wife with her leg pain, and treated my son’s knee pain as well. He’s extremely friendly, patient, and really takes the time to listen and understand the problem. The care and attention he provides are outstanding. Best physio you could ask for, highly recommended!

After I broke my ankle, Jay gave immediate and effective guidance that made a big difference. He quickly recommended an air cast which really helped speed up healing. The physio sessions and targeted exercises were especially helpful in restoring mobility and strength. Giving this place a five star review feels incredibly insufficient. I came here, to Jay, after a traumatic car accident shattered my wrist and left my dominant hand utterly useless. He and Binni treated me with such gentleness and genuine humanity. And as much as Jay showed me care and patience, he also showed me how hard I was capable of pushing my wrist without the fear of reinjuring myself. It came with a lot of pain, as healing often does, but he never sugar-coated it. He was such a pivotal part of my recovery that I will always be grateful.

Jenn is a great physiotherapist! Over a few weeks she built up a portfolio of exercises for me, and now, after diligently following her regimen, I was able to move a yard of dirt from my truck to my vegetable raised bed. And I am 66! Thanks Jenn! My gardening years are just getting going 😁
