My experience at Regain Health Physio has been positive beyond expection. A significant reduction of hip and lower back pain that l have experienced for over 9 years since a major car accident. Staff is knowledgeable and careing. Wish l had found Jay and Jennifer years ago.

I had gotten a hand injury from work and had some miscommunication problems with my scheduling for at home nursing care for bandage and injury cleaning of my injured fingers. I called Regain Health about my problem and possibly having a look and helping me with my injury, they graciously fit me in just 1 hour after the call. They helped me with my injury care and booked sessions for Hand Therapy. Later the problem with at home bandage care was resolved. The Staff here at Regain Health is very friendly and welcoming and have been taking great care of my injury and needs. Im currently still doing hand Therapy sessions with Jay (The Hand Therapist) and would highly recommend this place and will be recommending this place to my friends and colleagues.

Jay is an excellent physio. I went to regain physio with ankle pain and within couple of sessions, the pain got really better.

I know Jay for more than 6 years and this MAN is good in his field. He is a professional man and I absolutely couldn’t recommend a better Physiotherapist. I can comfortably say he has helped me tremendously. He also shares his findings and impression of the affected body parts, which is a great way to continue any rehabilitation. He communicates effectively and really knows every muscle in your body. I cannot begin to explain how much he has helped me. I have been seeing Jay at Regain for over 5 years for treatment for my car accident injuries including while I was still pregnant. Jay and the Team at Regain have always been very professional and more importantly caring in my long journey to healing. They have gone above and beyond any other of my providers in a very hard time in my life. I was originally sent to Jay by another provider because he specializes in jaw treatments and I’m an so grateful to have found him. I also have spent 4 years with Jen doing active rehab and she always is a positive and caring face to see during difficult days. They treat my children and I like family including celebrating my birthday!

Jay Pandey is an amazing physiotherapist. I have been going to him for over 7 years and now drive 30 mins just to take the service he provides. Jay knows what he is doing and brings great results. He is very patient and takes the time to understand what the client needs. I thoroughly enjoy the exercises he gives for homework - very effective. Keep up the great work Jay!
