I was referred to Reflex Automotive by a friend, and I'm glad I made the call. Heather and her team specialize in Audi service and it shows. The level of care, knowledge, and transparency I experienced was genuinely refreshing. I came in for new tires, balancing, and an alignment. What stood out was how thorough the team was beyond just the job at hand. With the car on the lift, they spotted brake wear I had no idea about. They took photos, walked me through it, and explained what to expect so I could plan ahead. For context: I had just been at the Audi dealership two weeks prior for my 40,000-mile service and none of this was flagged. The fact that Reflex caught it and took the time to show me says a lot about how much they care about customer safety. Heather was especially great at explaining options clearly and without any pressure. If you drive an Audi and want a shop with real expertise and integrity, this is it. Highly recommend and I'll absolutely be back.

I have been a customer for 5 years. I drive a 25 year old Audi TT as a daily driver and without Reflex this would not be possible. Some ask if I am afraid that the car will leave me stranded after all these years. Because of Reflex the car drives great and is super dependable. I have never been stranded Reflex is super thorough and stands by their work. With the right shop like Relflex it is hard to justify the cost of buying a new one. Well maybe in another 10 years.

We came to Reflex uncertain about the health of our Audi and if we should keep it. Reflex performed a very thorough review of our vehicle and our service records and provided a comprehensive report with pictures for our review. Heather was extremely helpful in further explaining what was found and provided recommendations and priorities for our consideration. The car now runs like new!!! I actually drive from Vermont to have my cars serviced at Reflex Automotive because I trust Heather and her team that much. I’ve brought two different vehicles there over multiple visits, and every experience has been excellent. I’ve owned Audis for years and have become increasingly frustrated with dealership service departments. Finding Reflex Automotive has been a game changer. They are thoughtful, collaborative, and hold themselves to very high standards. They take the time to explain what’s going on with the car and help me think through repairs and maintenance rather than just replacing parts. What really stands out is their integrity and mechanical expertise. It’s rare to find a shop where you feel completely confident that the work is being done carefully and for the right reasons. Contact was very good. They create an extensive report on the condition of your vehicle but don’t pressure to have repairs and maintenance done. I like the free loaner program. I found they are very thorough.

Heather and the team at Reflex were lifesavers! I know 0 about cars, and my 2023 VW Tiguan was having a discrepancy with check oil light ~60k miles. Referred from a family friend, when I called in Heather spent over 15 min talking through whole history of car, what I needed, and deciphering my lack of car knowledge! Ended up needing a decent amount of work with brakes, sparks, oil burning diagnosis, etc - team was so efficient getting my a quote and full report of work needed - Mike even found an extended warranty I didn’t know about in my glovebox, saving me $2,000+! Every update came quickly though text or call. Loaner car was excellent quality, they had it warmed up waiting at drop off, had a blast driving it. Work was done under 3 days and they threw in a pair of windshield wipers as a holiday gift! After a few days, my oil light came on again (Which Heather explained could happen/part of ongoing diagnosis of oil issue)- took it back and they filled up oil/checked. Have since been following up to ensure issue is fully resolved (it is) - greatly appreciated! Will be returning for ongoing maintenance!!

I’ve been a customer of Reflex for three years now and have been totally satisfied with their service and quality of work. They have always been able to schedule me within a reasonable time, have been able to give me a loaner, and have always had my car ready when they say they will, which creates value for me that I’ve not often received from dealers or even other independents. I appreciate their thoroughness in going over my car at every appointment and presenting me with a visual and written report that helps me prioritize needs if necessary, and are always willing to talk anything through. It can be difficult to find a solid trustworthy place to service your car. Heather and her team do a great job as far as I’m concerned and have throughout my relationship with them.

I wish my doctor was this thorough every time. I took my Crosstrek in for its first visit to Reflex (oil change), and they checked 60 areas and took photos of everything. No other place would do that. Now they know and I know what the status is rather than winging it on memory or getting surprises. We have been with Reflex for 3 years and the level of commitment to service is the best I've known. Their communication is excellent as well. And I usually learn something which is always a good thing. Your car is a big investment. Take care of it right by taking it to Reflex.

Would recommend most folks here, especially if you're serious on maintaining your vehicles for years and high mileage. The Reflex team has been great to work with over the years. They not only provide great service, but great education on how to properly maintain your car in a 4 season environment like NH. The service has improved over the years to include a free loaner car for extended service needs, detailed reports to review work being done, a proper alignment tool for Quattro/AWD systems, and have used their Pre-Purchase Inspection service to boost confidence before making that big purchase.

I was very impressed with the inspection report i received, it was very in depth and made the diagnosis very easy to understand as someone who is mechanics illiterate. it even had pictures! You can't go wrong with Reflex. I recently had front suspension clunks in my id.4. They quickly found the issue and provided me with a loaner Audi while my car was repaired. Car feels good as new!
