Fabulous Stay
Our family had the absolute pleasure and privilege of staying at Reef16 penthouse for 2 weeks, and the property truly made our stay memorable, wonderful and comfortable. The apartment is absolutely stunning -- the spanning view is a singular experience, arguably the best view on the island. Every traveler need and detail seemed to have been thoughtfully considered: the apartment has everything you need, from everyday kitchen utensils to blenders, air fryers and other gadgets, as well as toiletries you may forget to hair dryers, curling iron, etc. The beds were comfortable, the towels were plentiful, everything felt organized, clean, professional yet personable and specific. Communication with Bill and Ramona were easy prior to our arrival, as they are very responsive; and Erin, once we were on location, was sweet and easy going. We felt very supported during our very first trip to Roatan. The location was also perfect for us -- my husband and I are divers, and our 9 year old son a fledgling one (taking BubbleMaker lessons). It was an easy walk to the dive shops and we appreciated the various local restaurants within walking distance.
Our son ADORED "his" bunkbed room -- he has declared that it is his favorite vacation apartment EVER, and if we are to return to Roatan, Reef16 is the only apartment in which he wants to stay. We agree. We hope to return to Roatan again soon!

Our stay at Reef 16 in Roatán exceeded every expectation. The penthouse is absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and comfortable stay—from kitchen essentials to all the little details that make you feel at home.Ramona, the property manager, was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. Her local knowledge and attention to detail made a great trip even better.The location is ideal—close enough to walk or quickly get to all the restaurants and activity in West End, while still feeling peaceful and private. The property manager and owner were very kind and responsive, which made everything easy.The location was convenient to West End while still feeling a bit removed from the busier areas. I am pretty good at choosing rentals for our vacations, but my family agrees this is the best I've ever done! Bill's penthouse is beautiful! Almost worth not ever leaving to experience all the activities West End has to offer. The views are spectacular! And a lot of them with all those windows. Ramona, the property manager, was there to meet us, and showed us all of the amenities and perks of the property. She is an amazing person, very helpful, in fact, when we needed a blood pressure monitor, she searched it out for us. That was not an easy job either. We felt like we made a new friend, and she definitely enhanced our experience. We did not rent a car, and for the maybe 2 times we might have liked one, we could get a taxi. We would love to come back, and would definitely stay at Reef 16. One of my sons talked to Ramona about the other properties you will have coming available soon, in hopes of coming back with some friends. Oh, and yes, the beds were very comfortable.

So! Much! Heart! Staying here was an unforgettable experience! I came for the music festival (Festival Of The Angels) and it made for the best week!! The location was perfect- close to West End and offering breathtaking views in a peaceful, secluded area. The property itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches like hand-picked flowers. The pool was absolutely stunning, and Ramona's hospitality truly stood out. She went above and beyond, assisting with airport transportation, assisting with recommendations, and accommodating every request with kindness and care. This is a place filled with heart and tranquility - a true gem. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Reef 16. Beautiful view of the ocean in three directions and lovely spot to watch the sunset on the deck. Newly constructed three bedroom with two bathrooms that was stylishly decorated with all kitchen and other amenities we needed and more. Beautiful pool and we barely saw any other guests. Perfect location where we walked to the dive shop and local West End restaurants and close to water taxi to West Bay. Bill and Roxana were always responsive. We didn’t want to leave! Amazing Stay
We had a wonderful stay at Reed 16 Penthouse in Roatán. The views are exceptional, and starting and ending each day with that scenery never lost its impact. The layout is spacious and comfortable, with a natural flow that makes it easy to settle in.
The kitchen was especially well equipped. Having spices and basic essentials on hand made cooking simple and enjoyable, which is a real advantage for longer stays.
The location strikes a great balance. It is within walking distance of West End’s restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and private. The property is well managed, and everything felt smooth and well organized throughout the stay.
I would gladly return and recommend it to anyone visiting Roatán.

The house is simply breathtaking and exceeded all my expectations! The stunning views, luxurious and modern furnishings, and impeccable design made this stay unforgettable. We had a wonderful stay at the penthouse. The location was superb, you can go and enjoy wonderful restaurants and shopping at walking distance and still enjoy the peacefulness of the ocean. We enjoyed spending time on the beautiful patio and watching the boat traffic from afar. The coffee in the morning was wonderful. WE seriously could have just brought our swimsuits for the week, the penthouse had everything that you needed. We had wonderful recommendations for outings and a great driver that we used for transport. We had a wonderful vacation. Special thanks to Ramona the manager for all the great recommendations.

This Air BnB was magical. The view was simply breathtaking, and even more astonishing than the pictures. 100 percent worth the 3 flights of stairs, which did not phase us, even with a toddler. The Air BnB is way closer than I ever thought to West End, and the walk over is flat and very nice. The sound of the waves, the pool area, the top-notch layout and finishings in the air bnb exceeded our expectations in every way. We’ve been to Roatan several times, but this was our first stay at this location. I don’t see ourselves booking anywhere else after this experience- 10/10.

Wonderful Relaxing Vacation Condo rental!!!!We walked to dinner every night. Great choices for bars and restaurants just down the street. The washer and dryer make it a plus for us.
