I am in the Nail technician course and I couldn’t be happier with this school. I think I lucked out having and one on one experience in this course lol! Ying is honest with her teaching and her technique is something I aspire to. I believe Redwood will help me further my future in becoming a nail technician!
Redwood Beauty College is truly an amazing school! I have to admit, I had a very rough start trying to grasp the material. But after a change in how things were organized, the teachers really stepped up and helped me immensely. A huge shout out to Mina! She was the teacher who was so generous with her time, teaching me everything I needed to know until it finally clicked.
My experience at redwood beauty has been excellent, I took so many diploma courses with Mina and I love her teaching techniques. The school helps support you in finding a job as well. I spoke to Vicky who is their school manager about finding a job and she helped me and guided me with opening my own small home based business. I’m happy with the path I took and redwood helped me a lot.
I had a great experience at Redwood Beauty College. Thea was my main instructor and she is so knowledgeable, super supportive, patient, and genuinely care about student success. Also Sarah is also super supportive to students and share us the real clinic experience and keep us updated. The hands-on training with real clients helped me feel confident and prepared for the industry. The environment is clean, supportive, and well-organized. Absolutely loved learning here. I came for the Medical Spa Advanced Therapist and had so much hands on training I came out of the course feeling ready and knowledgeable. The instructors are friendly and very helpful. They explained everything in detail and made sure we understood everything.
I had Thea as an instructor and she was patient, very knowledgeable and encouraging. She made the course safe and fun. We got to interact and learn from the other instructors here and they were very knowledgeable and helpful as well.

Theya has many strong qualities as an educator. She explains every topic and procedure very clearly and with great patience. She always makes sure that each student fully understands the material before moving on. For example, during practical classes, she carefully guided me step-by-step and provided detailed, personalized feedback that helped me improve my technique and feel confident in my work.
She creates a positive, calm, and supportive learning environment, which makes it easy to ask questions and learn without stress. Theya is very knowledgeable, kind, and truly dedicated to her students’ success.
I honestly do not see any areas for improvement. Her teaching style and professionalism are excellent, and I am very grateful for the training I received from her.
I had the pleasure of being taught by my lovely teacher, Ms. Elisha, who was wonderful in every way and incredibly understanding. I also completed the makeup course with Ms. Kathy, who was truly amazing always helpful, supportive, and committed to her students needs. Most importantly, my lovely teacher Ms.Thea. I am so incredibly grateful for her teachings. She was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable throughout my time at Redwood. All of the teachers here are wonderful, and are truly committed to their jobs. I'm an experienced student model, having been a model for several college clinics, I'd rank Redwood as one of the top colleges on my list from a client POV.
The students that I've had services with, all seem knowledgable and confident in their work. One of the things that I noticed with Redwood students is the verbiage they use, it is on par with professional spas, therefore this is an indication that the college is teaching them not just the skills to do the services, but also on the importance in interacting with clients.
From client's standpoint only, I think Redwood well prepares their students with the tools to have their own successful careers after graduation.

This was my very first time getting microneedling done and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was with Miss Kathy’s class and had Marina she was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Throughout the treatment, she made sure I was comfortable and checked in often.
