Dr. Carlos Ayala has been amazing since the start. Dr. Ayala explained the diagnoses and recommendations thoroughly. I had a balloon sinuplasty performed by Dr. Ayala in August 2025, which provided immediate relief. I had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction performed by Dr. Ayala in November 2025, and the recovery has been great. Dr. Ayala, along with all of his staff, is kind, patient, and they make me feel seen and heard. I am also receiving weekly allergy shots to manage my environmental allergies, which are quickly completed once a week. Thank you so much for y'all's assistance.
