Red Rose Removals Reviews

I was completely left in the lurch by another company and called Red Rose Removals the day before my move. They were incredible and managed to arrange for Alex to come early the next morning. Alex was an absolute professional. He arrived right on time, had everything securely packed within a single hour, and transported our belongings quickly and safely. Very happy with the service provided and I would definitely use them again!

Andrei helped me move a few days ago, and he also helped me with my move last year. I was so pleased with his service both times and I honestly wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again whenever I need help moving in the future. Moving is always stressful for me, but Andrei made the whole experience feel so much easier and more relaxed. He was incredibly friendly, smiley and positive throughout the entire move. No matter how much stuff I had or how many trips up and down we had to make, he kept exactly the same positive energy from beginning to end, which I really appreciated. He was helpful, professional and made what could have been a very stressful day so much easier. I’m genuinely grateful for his help and will definitely use their company again whenever I need a moving service. Highly recommend Andrei and the team! 😊

I would highly recommend Red Rose Removals. They helped us move my mother into a care home and made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier. They were incredibly polite, friendly and helpful throughout, and took great care with all of my mother’s furniture and belongings. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they were happy to help with every task, no matter how big or small. The service was professional, careful and reliable, and the price was very reasonable for the excellent service we received. Excellent comminication when arranging the day and easy to use payment systems. Thank you to the whole team at Red Rose Removals — we really appreciated all your help and would definitely use you again.

We used Red Rose Removals for our move from Zone 2 to Zone 6 in London, and they made the whole process so much smoother. They packed our entire kitchen with real care, and even disassembled our wardrobes and reassembled them at the new place without any issues. The team was punctual, professional, and communication was clear throughout. Highly recommend them for anyone relocating in or around London!

Red Rose were reliable, friendly and did great work in a difficult moment for us. We were in the middle of a 6-chain completion day, where our onward purchase ended up not being able to get out the house till far later than agreed. The Red Rose team were patient, had good advise and were wholey focused on getting the job done to high spec despite timings - we did not quarrel over money in anyway and stuck to tightly scoped estimates. They also gave us a quote within 24hrs of calling (having visited). I highly recommend this team based on my experience and it was a real pleasure to work with them. Thank you guys!

Used Red Rose Removals recently for our move from Kingston to Weybridge and honestly couldn’t fault them. The team turned up on time, were really polite, and got everything loaded much quicker than I expected. They took good care of our furniture and nothing was damaged, which was a big relief. They made the whole day feel much easier. The lads were friendly, worked hard the entire time, and even helped place the heavier items exactly where we wanted them in the new house. Would definitely recommend Red Rose Removals if you’re moving in London or Surrey. Reliable, professional and reasonably priced.

My experience with Red Rose Removals was below expectations. The team arrived late, communication was poor, and the moving process felt disorganized. A few items were handled carelessly, which caused minor damage during transport. While the staff were polite, the overall service lacked professionalism and attention to detail. I expected a smoother and more reliable experience for the amount charged.
