We are from out of town and took our grandkids to eat here. We were not aware that this location was closing soon. However it's probably a good thing unfortunately due to the lack of service and the quality of service. The restaurant was not busy our waitress came around maybe three times requested refill on fries twice by the time we got ready to leave there was still no fries. My husband's fish was cold and dry as well. And unfortunately our waitress could not come back anytime soon to ask about the food. Never had this experience at Red Robin before will question next time going to any of their restaurants.

Food has gone down hill since I last been to a red robin ,prices went way up but who's prices haven't ! Service was a bit slow as the restaurant was pretty dead for a sat night . But it's my kiddos fav place so he enjoyed it .

Jade was fantastic. Feel bad i had her bring me like 4 glasses of water for my one bottomless salad. But my buddy enjoyed the burger.

I enjoy everything about This Red Robin! I like the food and it’s always prepared just like I like it. Everyone is very friendly and check on customers many times while I am there.

Our waiter ignored us through our most of the meal. We asked for another order of Bottomless Fries multiple times and they never came. I only got 1 drink through the whole meal. My drink went empty so I couldn't finish my meal before it got cold. We went to this location because it was in a nicer area figuring we would get better service I guess not.

I must say that the very best thing about this place is the manager, Andre McEachin! He is incredible! He made everyone feel welcome. He was very kind, attentive, and treated everyone like a vip. Red Robin is very lucky to have a person like him working for them.

If you want to be completely underwhelmed by so-so, overpriced burgers and terrible service, this is the place for you! When I arrived at Red Robin tonight, I stood inside the door for about five minutes before anyone came to the hostess stand. The woman who came to the stand didn’t even look at me, picked something up, and walked away. A couple of minutes later, a second woman did the exact same thing. A third woman eventually came to the hostess stand and asked if I was there to pick up food. I told her I’d like to eat if someone would just take me to a table. It took another 5 to 10 minutes for someone to come take my drink order. While deciding what I wanted, I asked if they had A1 steak sauce as a topping. I was told “no, we are not as fancy as Five Guys.“ At this point, I was the only person in the restaurant ordering food. There were three tables left, and everyone else was either finishing their meal or paying and leaving. It still took 20 minutes for my food to come out. The restaurant was pretty much trashed, but nobody was coming out to clean the place. Nobody seemed to be working on anything- just laughing and looking at their phones. When my burger arrived, there were only eight french fries on the plate. Eight fries!!! I also had to ask for napkins, since they hadn’t brought any. I asked for more “bottomless” fries and a refill of my drink, only to be told that they were now out of iced tea. I paid four dollars for a drink, and they ran out of it. I told them I would just drink water instead. You would think that they might take that ONE drink off of my bill since they couldn’t provide it, but no… They charged me for it. This place was a garbage experience from beginning to end. Don’t go there. I’m sure it will be the next restaurant to close.

Gross, dirty, run down. Been under staffed since covid. 5 tables full results in a 20-40 min wait. Greasy slippery floors, food is consistent but with 1 or 2 servers in the entire store & a perpetually under staffed kitchen, good luck getting what you want in a timely manner. Just dont go.

This was our first time at Red Robin and it was a great experience! Food was delicious and our server Natalie was great! She always checked in on us and made sure the managing partner knew we were first time guests and got us free red robin light up cups!
