The food was okay, but I had a very frustrating experience with the billing. I left a cash tip for my server, yet an automatic 18% gratuity was also added to my bill.
Before leaving, I spoke with the manager and asked her to remove the automatic gratuity since I had already tipped in cash. She assured me that she would adjust the charge to reflect the amount without the gratuity. This was especially important because I was using a company card and cannot exceed a certain spending limit.
However, when I checked my bank account today, I saw that the original charge, including the 18% gratuity, was still posted. As a result, I ended up paying the tip twice—once in cash and once through the automatic charge.
I'm extremely disappointed by how this was handled and will not be returning.
We’ve come every year, sometimes more than once, for friends birthdays. We’ve never been let down, and here, our final visit to this location, another super meal. Thank you for your services.

Donna is an exceptional waitress who made our dining experience truly memorable. She was attentive, thoughtful, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering excellent recommendations. At her suggestion, I tried the lobster and salmon—her favorite dish—and it has now become one of my favorites as well. The meal was absolutely delicious. Wanted to pay respects to this institution before it closes. Made a reservation for 8:15pm and wasn't actually seated till 8:45....... It was pretty packed and seems like everyone's got the same idea? Just something to keep in mind.
I'd called a few days before after seeing a comment saying there wasn't any endless shrimp.. the woman on the phone confirmed that they're still doing it. I even asked if they tend to run out and she said no.
That was a lie. The moment we sat down we were told that they stopped serving it an hour ago. So, if you're visiting for endless shrimp, make sure you get here EARLY or face immeasurable disappointment. I also saw somewhere that someone walks around taking your photos.. that also didn't happen.
Our server was kind and the food was good. The bar was backed up, so something else to keep in mind.
This place was unbearably *hot*. So hot that it actually stopped us from ordering more and even finishing our food. Maybe it's the amount of people or maybe just cutting costs? During a 90° day tho? I don't know. Something to consider.

I initially went because of the Knicks game, but when I sat down, I didn’t know there were no TVs around, but I still stayed for the food, and the food was pretty good. I had no complaints about that. The only complaint I had was our male server’s name, like Azera or something like that. When I received a check, there was an automatic 18% gratuity included, and one of my friends had asked him about the gratuity. Our server said that it was not included, and that it was suggested after already being charged everything. I did the math and noticed that the gratuity was already being charged. I find it unacceptable that our server said that the tip was not included while I was already charged a tip, and him implying that an additional tip should be added as well. As if I should tip him more than the 18%. I will definitely come back, but not if he’s working there. Be careful with him, don’t let him persuade you into tipping more than he should have deserved, which should have been $0.

Went at a game show night and it was very busy but they were able to accommodate us. Waiter was very friendly and service was quick. Food good as always.
