By far the best garage I’ve felt confident in using in many years. The lads In the workshop who should never be forgotten was so friendly and respectful.

I don't trust many people to work on my vehicle but james at redline is one i do 1000% always spot on and always goes above and beyond even though he's drowning in work 24/7 i cannot express enough how good redline is for any vehicle.

Redline are an HONEST hardworking motor service company. They were recommended to me by a friend and everything they said about the company was true.
Honest, don't rip you off, talk to you about the issues prior to carrying out work and FIX issues that other garages can't.
Very HELPFUL and I use them for all of my vehicles now.
I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Charlie on reception always makes me smile, keep up the GREAT work.

I live on the Isle of Wight and my Transporter broke down over Xmas when visiting family. Obviously no one was open, so I had to head home, leaving my van in Cleethorpes.
I already had Redline in mind to do the work as I’d researched local garages and VAG specialists, and they did not disappoint!
They carried out the necessary repair and some other things that were flagged up on a VHC, to a high standard and at very reasonable labour rates.
Unfortunately after, picking up my van and setting off on the 260 mile or so journey home, it broke down again on the A180 due to a separate issue unrelated to work done thus far. James came and recovered me within the hour, found the fault immediately and, after ordering the required part, had it repaired by lunch time the next day.
I only wish I had a garage this good, friendly and reliable here on the Isle of Wight.
Top notch 👌🏻⭐️

Great service as always by James and the team. Booked in for some sensor problems, then developed myself a battery problem in the mean time. Both issues sorted promptly, clear communication throughout. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Thanks as always, see you guys at MOT time.

Good coms, good price, very thorough job and all to OEM standards. Handy drop off and leave service for a couple of weeks with a safe locked up compound and CCTV which works well for me as I work away so could leave it with them and collect when home with all jobs ticked off as and when the ramps were free ! Will use all the time from now on.
