I had a leak around my exterior dryer vent that was placed on my roof without any gutter system on the front of the home (new construction). Matt from Red Letter Roofing solved the issue basically over the phone after I sent him a few pictures then he came right over to confirm. He explained very clearly, I needed a new gutter system that directed the rainwater in the correct direction all around my home. Matt gave me an estimate right on site & I had a quote within a few days. Their prices are extremely fair. They came out within a week and installed the new gutters. He also gave me contacts for my additional rain damage that needs repair. A very professional, prompt company that cares. I would recommend Red Letter Roofing to anyone who needs these types of services.

Now Cherrita, Matt's head is already really big and when he reads this, well imagine what this does! We thank you for trusting us to help you solve this problem and certainly Matt's knowledge and attention to detail was a big part of this. Thank you as well for taking your time to share your experience with others! God Bless

Matt and the guys at Red Letter Roofing did an outstanding job for us at Carolina Bible Institute! They kept everything clean, and knocked out the the two buildings we had in roughly two days. They were not overpriced, in fact, they included items standard in their job that other companies were going to charge extra. I highly recommend this company to all.

I had such a great experience with Red Letter Roofing. Matt came over for the initial estimate and took his time to explain everything clearly, which I appreciated. The Project Mgr, Jody and his crew were exceptional - professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. They were ethical and trustworthy, which gave me real peace of mind. It's not always easy to find a company you can rely on, but they exceeded my expectations. They've definitely earned my future business and I highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work!

The installation guys were great and came all the way out to New Bern. After they left, I noticed a couple modifications I wanted to do to the downspouts and they came out the next week to come modify them, without charge. Great installation and service.

Jody and his team did a great job replacing our roof. Very friendly service from the first introduction and estimate to the finished job. The roof looks good. Matt followed up a few days later to be sure we had no questions or concerns.

Red Letter Roofing exceeded my expectations. From the first meeting, I had a gut feeling that this was the right company for me. Staff were professional, friendly and went above and beyond to answer questions and provide details. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and the roof was completed in a timely manner.

The team at Red Letter Roofing was top notch from top to bottom. The way they covered everything prior to removing old roof singles to capture debris to the final cleanup was outstanding. Roof looks great and I would highly recommend the company.

Chaun Seiple helped with my new roof. He made the process very easy, with choosing what's best for my house, the type of roofing, the process with the homeowners insurance. I have very high standards for customer service. I believe it is a simple concept, “do what you said you would do, when you said you’d do it” this is exactly what I received from Matt and the team. Red Letter actually did the repair a week early. Commitment, communication and professionalism. Again, to anyone reading this, I have very high standards! Thank you Red Letter Team. Home Run!!
