WOW the Best Chicago-Style Deep Dish Pizza ive ever had! Its full of yummy sauce pepperoni and mozzarella cheese! We can taste the butter and olive oil in the amazing crust that holds up well to the toppings.
Order ahead of time and bake it at home. Its so worth trying! Our favorite pizza!

We visited on Friday before they stopped selling barbecue the following day. There was a long line for barbecue. This place will definitely be missed by many! The woman working the register was incredibly friendly and very hard-working. It looked like everyone in the back was working like crazy trying to get out as much barbecue as they could. I enjoyed the complementary iced tea while I waited on my order. The barbecue sides were all very tasty. I look forward to going back and trying the pizza and wish them all the very best!
First….tallow fries. I put one hot fry in my mouth and felt like I was back in the 70’s with actual real food!! I’m not sure you need anymore information but …. I did order the midnight Cuban Sammy. Also. Amazing!! The meat was spectacular. The bread had a bit of salty buttery goodness along with exceptional crunch! I actually thought it was a double decker only To realize it was actually a huge sandwich cut in half. I could def split this w someone! I got all the dips, they were all good but the one w horse radish was the best w the Sammy! I also had never had their bbq so wanted to try a few bbq sauces w my fries. They were ALL exceptional!! I immediately texted my bbq loving fam who all love out of state with pics included and they all are now craving bbq. They come to town this weekend so Sunday may be headed back for more!! Nom nom!!🤤
Oh. The sweetest young lady also offered complementary tea while I waited on my to go order. A very simple, yet impactful gesture!!!
Can't say enough good things about Redemption. Great BBQ, always great service, reasonable prices, and best of all they are health conscious - not adding unnecessary chemicals and nasty things to the food like seed oils or preservatives that shouldn't be there. Other restaurants should take note!
