I was reluctant to going back seeing a Pain Management Doctor because of past experiences and little results. My rheumatologist kept nagging me to see one so I gave it another try. When I went back to Redefine, I told them that I needed a doctor that had patients, great bedside manners and have a lot of compassion for what I had been going through because I didn’t like the treatment from the other doctor. They scheduled me with Dr. Hirapara and assured me that he was all of what I was looking for. I’m so glad I gave him a chance and needless to say, I have been very pleased with him; he has done everything to make me comfortable and that’s all I wanted 😊. I would refer anyone to him.

Dr. Ceraulo is an amazing doctor. He is kind and compassionate. He takes the time to listen to your symptoms and explain different treatment options.
I have been suffering from chronic pain over several months and am finally able to manage it under Dr. Ceraulo's care.
The support staff is also so friendly and helpful!

The staff was personable and helpful. The wait time was not long and I was in and out quickly. Dr. Hamer answered all of my questions and she made me feel comfortable asking questions. They are one of the best teams that I work with.
