Prashanthi is a trusted immigration attorney. She is very particular about documentation when presenting her clients and has a successful record of getting visa approvals for her clients. She often comes live on my TV shows and provides good information on immigration related issues. Prashanthi helped me and my spouse when I had to file my I485 application for EB category Green Card. She provided right guidance and we got our green card without any hiccups.

Extremely poor service. Prashanthi was extremely rude and was eating her lunch through most of my consultation. She also took multiple phone calls in between the paid consultation (despite me telling her I was not okay with her taking phone calls in the middle of the session). Her website mentions free consultation but I was told to pay $250 for an hour of consultation. I paid the full amount and halfway through the consultation, she informed me that the fee is only valid for 30 minutes now. Very unprofessional and refused to answer the same question twice if I did not understand her answer in one go. Also gave contradictory answers herself and seemed disinterested overall. I would not recommend using her for anything. There are much better immigration lawyers out there who actually care about helping people.
