The apartment itself is in a great location and was clean/well maintained. I really enjoyed the property. The landlord was very professional, easy to communicate with, and always responsive whenever I had questions or needed help. Any maintenance issues were handled promptly and the property was consistently well maintained. It’s clear they care about their tenants and the condition of the property. I would definitely recommend renting from them.

Great company to rent from! Adam our leasing agent has been really responsive and takes all our maintenance requests seriously. The only downside is that our property doesn’t do yearly leases so after the year we automatically go month to month, so something to ask if you’re looking at properties they manage!

The place is great it’s been wonderful for me and my roommate just enough space for the both of us. Not too many problems on the move in and any problems we ran into big or small were handled well and handled quickly by the maintenance crew and our Landlord Adam who has had the best communication through everything he’s has been very helpful in our year and change here in the apartment.
