I have been a patient with Rebalanced Wellness Clinic since June 16th, 2025. As a patient the staffers are all great, Callie the receptionist always welcome me with great smile. On my first visit Callie welcomed me and said, “Welcome to Rebalanced Wellness Clinic and thank you for choosing us.” the atmosphere of the office is so calming, relaxing and the waiting room set a positive tone.
Karlee and Kelsey both nurse Practitioners are truly an exceptional Practitioners who marries remarkable clinical expertise with a deeply compassionate approach I saw Karlee and Kelsey on different visits and they both gave me their undivided attention, attentively listening to my concerns and validating my feelings with genuine empathy.
I was so impressed by the practitioners at Rebalanced Wellness Clinic. They both had a gift for explaining my treatment options so lucidly, taking the time to ensure I understood everything without feeling overwhelmed. Their care was both thoughtful and thorough, and it fostered an immense sense of trust, and because of them I was able to reach my weight goal. Highly recommend, I started at this location for my TRT injections and have since moved and now go between two locations depending on my work schedule and where I’ll be (Sandy Springs and Cumming) and they handle my weekly appointments seamlessly. They keep up on my bloodwork and I’m in and out in ten minutes every week!
I have been a patient at ReBalanced for 2 months now. I get weekly TRT injections to help combat lower energy as I'm getting older into my late 40's. When I arrive each week, I receive a friendly greeting, and get seen right away. Melissa does a fantastic job with the injections. She also takes the time to talk with me about my progress and how I'm feeling about the treatments. The visit is probably 10-15 minutes max, and I'm on my way. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend you see them if you are interested in hormone replacement therapy.
RWC is incredible. They really have been such a catalyst in my wellness journey. I have had troubles with weight loss and hormones and they really go above and beyond to ensure the best care and support. The entire staff is so sweet, attentive, and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend them enough!
I’ve been coming to this location for about a year and a half for weight management and I’ve had wonderful results. I was able to lose and maintain a healthy weight. All nurse practitioners and receptionists are sweet and attentive. I truly recommend it.
**I NEVER leave reviews** Buyer beware. Poor customer service from start to finish. My product was labeled “ship cold and refrigerate immediately” but arrived warm. When I flagged it, they brushed it off with “it should still be ok” and offered only to refund the shipping. I even offered to bring it back right away—was told not necessary—then weeks later they demanded I return it after I had already thrown it out. The office manager refuses to speak directly with customers who have issues.

We understand your frustration and did our best to address your concerns through multiple conversations. Your concerns were brought to us nearly 4 weeks after your order was delivered. While we do not control the pharmacy’s shipping process, we always follow their guidance on medication safety. In this case, because the troches were intact and not melted, the pharmacy advised that they remained safe and effective and therefore would not authorize a medication refund.
Even so, we offered several options, including refunding shipping costs, providing a discount on a future order, and even refunding the medication if it could be returned. We also provided direct contact information for an owner should you have wanted to discuss further, but you never reached out. We take all feedback seriously and regret that you feel dissatisfied despite our attempts to resolve the matter.
