I am a first time homebuyer and honesty had no idea what I was doing or looking at but I know what I was looking for. Michael was such a big help when it came to hunting down homes and getting us in to the see homes. We managed to see I think four different houses before we found the perfect home. Michael easily answered any question I had-which was alot. At some point I got frustrated but he helped to keep my head level and calm. He didnt quit on me and was available whenever he was needed. I couldnt have done this without him and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home.

Karla is the kind of realtor that homebuyers AND homeowners dream of. She’s always available and works tirelessly to get you out of your old house and into your new. We were selling at the worst possible time and Karla stuck with us for the 1+ year it took to sell it. She also looked at dozens of houses with us in the dead of summer heat. She was so communicative throughout the whole process from selling to buying and would call just to check in and see if there was anything we needed.
When looking for our new house, we told her what we didn’t like and she struck similar houses off the list to see. When we said we liked something, she looked for houses that matched. When we gave her our non-negotiables, she didn’t try to convince us otherwise and didn’t show us homes that were beyond our price range.
She was truly there for us and we could tell that her sole goal was to make sure we were happy, and we are! We have a great house but if we ever move again, we know exactly who to call.
