This wasn't from last week. I called your landline numerous times over several days, left 2 messages. Also left message on Tara Whites mobile, no call back received. I did end up speaking to your lovely receptionist and she was really helpful. Point is it took a week to get the information I was seeking, but hey we finally got there in the end.
Perhaps you should ensure your company policy is adhered to or check if your message service is working correctly.
Whilst this may seem petty to you, as it was only a rental enquiry however real estate is a people business, it's all about communication and how you make someone feel. You made me feel like I didn't matter.

Very hard to speak to anyone in property management department. Often phone goes unanswered, messages left, calls not returned. Very frustrating.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately we do not have any recorded dealing with you though.
I think it’s important to note that our Property Management team are often out at appointments & it is company policy that all calls are returned by close of business, if they are unanswered throughout the day. In the event that a call is not returned within a timely manner, our office landline number is also available to call. If unanswered, the office phone will divert to a voicemail system which sends an email to both of our directors.
We have also had a staff member on annual leave for the past week, so if you had attempted to contact her. You would’ve been directed to contact our office.
