I highly recommend Real Garage Door Pros. My garage door would not stay closed. David came out about an hour after I called. He inspected the operation of the door and explained what the problem was. He explained what needed to be done and gave me options. I found him to be fair and knowledgeable, no high pressure sales. David quoted me to replace my broken garage door springs for $340. When he got there he told me need to replace parts thats Not necessary like bearings and hinges and Rollers package upgrade. That was replaced before and I don't think necessary. So I ended up paying more. Watch out for this guy. Not honest person.

Hi Rollie, I’m sorry you feel that way. The $340 quote was for spring replacement based on the information provided before seeing the door in person. Once on site, I performed a safety inspection and found additional worn or failed hardware that was affecting operation. I showed what I found, and only proceeded with the items you approved. I would never proceed with any work that isn’t approved first. I also sent you the before and after photos of the parts that needed replacement. If I could post the photos on this reply I would.
