THIS IS HOW RENTING SHOULD BE!! We rented an Escalade last weekend. The car was precisely as advertised and clean. The dropoff to us was early and the communication perfect. I was late for our return and they were both communicative and understanding. They have a great inventory of terrific cars. Wow. I look forward to renting from them again!

I cannot recommend RealCar: Premium & Luxury Car Rental NYC enough. I rented a Range Rover and was incredibly impressed by the condition of the vehicle and the professionalism of the team. The pricing was very competitive, but the real standout was the service. They offered door-to-door delivery and pickup, saving me a trip to the rental lot. It felt like a true VIP experience. If you’re looking for luxury cars with zero hassle, this is the place to go.

A great experience renting from Real car. Within 5 minutes of our arrival we were on our way. Since all paperwork was done prior to arrival all we had to do was show ID and we were in the car. The car was exactly as described. A clean, modern Mercedes SUV. Return was equally easy. Since it was snowing we didn't refill gas. We were charged a reasonable amount to refill. would most definitely rent again

The experience is very smooth. I only rented for one day. RealCar delivered the car to my hotel and the next day they came to pickup. I was late about 20 mins for the return and the staff was patiently waiting. This is the best renting experience.
