I was going to buy a computer on Newegg and ran it by Reactor Gaming and they ended up building a much better PC for an even better price. The original 5090 I ordered was bricked so they had to source another for my build. While it took much longer to arrive, their customer service was second to none and communicated with me along the way. I was skeptical to spend thousands on an unfamiliar website but they are totally legit. If you want to buy a new PC. You will not regret buying it from Reactor Gaming.

Reactor Gaming completely exceeded my expectations. They built my first ever custom PC, and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. Luke was fantastic throughout the whole process, always keeping me updated and making sure everything was perfect. You can really tell he cared about getting every detail right. When my PC arrived, I was absolutely blown away. The build quality is incredible, the performance is unreal, and the attention to detail is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. They ran extensive tests before sending it out, and it shows. Everything works flawlessly and looks stunning. For my first custom PC, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Reactor Gaming truly went above and beyond, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a powerful, beautifully built system and top-notch customer service.

Bad customer service. They were selling an RX 9070 for 599.99. However, I emailed them because I wasn’t 100% sure what specific card they were selling. There wasn’t a proper description on their page and just a picture of the ASUS RX 9070 Prime. To be sure that is the card they were selling, I emailed them to make sure. They never got back to me and then they raised the price by $100 a couple days later.

First and foremost, it was a fantastic experience getting my new 5090 build from the Reactor Gaming team. Not only did they have the best pricing AND not only did they have the largest custom part selection out of the system integrators I looked into, AND not only do they customize the bios properly, but the customer service is also excellent. My purchase put the whole customer service process through the most rigorous test, and they did fantastically. The worst thing that can happen when buying from a system integrator is something goes wrong in shipping, and you have a DoA part on arrival. That is exactly what happened with the 5090 in my computer. I notified Reactor Gaming team, and they offered multiple solutions to resolving the issue. I'm a bit more technical, so we were able to work together on diagnosing the GPU issue and getting a replacement to me ASAP.
