I cannot fault the service or work Reactive Roofing / Lee & the team did following an emergency call out, which led to a full roof replacement. Lee clearly explained why it was required and swiftly made the necessary arrangements to ensure work started within days - which was fantastic given it was just before Christmas. They were clean and respectful, with excellent communication. A big thank you - I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Reliable, good communication, did a good job
Very quick to respond, happy to do a job with an unusual specification, came to do the job when they said they would, and did a good job.

Replacing leadwork
Leadwork on our extension has previously badly installed and needed replacing. Lee responded promptly by coming to see the site the same day. He gave a very reasonble quote 2 days later and managed to fit us into his very busy schedule 10 days later. The work was done to the highest professional standards. Great job, would use again!
I thoroughly recommend Reactive Roofing. After the leadwork on our extension had been poorly carried out 15 years ago, it was in need of replacement. Lee responded quickly to my call by viewing my property the same day. He gave me a reasonable quote in 48 hours and the leadwork was done promptly and to the most professional standard in 10 days when he managed to fit us in in an already busy diary. Great job, will use again!

I got in touch with them after checking Checkatrade. Very helpful, initially by email and then phone. Came out the following day as promised. Rained off but came back when the weather had cleared up. They said it would be a days work, but cracked it out in about 6 hours. Fantastic job, clean, tidy and polite. Would recommend them and use them again. Also a very fair price.
A fantastic job done by Lee and his men from Reactive Roofing. They made sure we were completely happy with the job and we could not have asked for a better service. Right from the onset there were attentive to all our needs; they always got back to us promptly and came back on several occasions to deal with anything we wanted fixing - even though we live more than an hour from Taplow. We wouldn’t hesitate recommending them. .

This company I can’t express have been so supportive and understanding with fixing this dilemma of the damp spot arisen in my house.
We booked a day and they were so punctual and highlighted the issue immediately and why it was causing so many problems. All fixed same day and awaiting until it rained. Which is so respectful and showed the quality of their work.
