Excellent service even sent email asking if every thing was working OK first company I have ever known to do this.
Two of my HomePods decided to die inside a month. Searching online and checking reviews from me to Howard Conrad. Further investigation gave me confidence that this was a reputable company to trust to fix the HomePods.
So I packed them and got confirmation on arrival, and then details of what was wrong with each and which components were replaced (some preventatively).
The HomePods were returned brilliantly packed, and had even had the latest software update applied.
They're now working flawlessly and proving how good they are for Audio.
This is the best company to deal with ageing HomePods!
My beloved old iMac seemed to be grinding to a noisy, very slow end so I called this company for a prognosis. After asking a few pertinent questions they were quite confident they could fix it and fix it they did! They fitted an SSD hard drive and now it feels like I have a brand new computer all for less than £400. Mattie was super helpful and efficient and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. As an Apple household we will definitely use them again :)

My first generation i-pod was not powering up so I sent it to Howard Conrad for repair. I was informed every step of the way on the process to getting it back working as it use to. Very pleased with service they provided and would not hesitate to use them again.
I was super impressed by the service that Howard Conrad gave relating to the repair of my Apple HomePod speaker. From the initial contact and quote, to providing the packaging and keeping me updated on progress, their service has been second to none. Incidentally, the Genius bar at Apple were completely useless. They plugged the thing in, it didn't light up, and they declared it irreparable, being out of warranty.

Had problems with my iMac which was freezing. After an initial inspection, they recommended replacing the hard drive with a 2TB SSD. (I have a rather large photo library!)
This was done, and the speed and improvement on my iMac is incredible. No regrets at all. Highly recommend Howard Conrad. They know their stuff!

This was the first time I’ve used Howard Conrad to repair any tech. This was to repair my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Making the appointment and leaving my phone with Danny for a few hours was seamless and professional. The repair was carried out and I was updated on progress. The collection was quick and the price fair and very reasonable.
