We just had Richard and Misty out to inspect the stove in a new home we purchased. Since it is our main heat source, we wanted to make sure it was in safe working order. Misty was a great communicator and confirmed our appointment multiple times. They showed up right on time and were professional, courteous, and generous with their knowledge. We got a few tips and tricks to help us with the stove as well. They took care of some caulking right on the spot. All for an incredible price. We’re grateful to them and look forward to having them back out when the season ends.

Thanks to Mr. Smith and his assistant Misty! Again, like every year, he came and cleaned not only out chimney, but the fireplace itself. They always do excellent work, and are very friendly! We are also lucky they they are dog friendly. We have a very stubborn Westie that loves to bark at "intruders". We will definitely call again next season. Thank you from Russ & Denise in Greenwood!

Richard really knows his stuff. We initially hired him to clean our chimney but he took one look at our setup and said it wasn't up to code (he was correct). He ordered the correct parts, fixed everything, cleaned everything, and got our wood stove in tip top shape. Very professional, courteous, and fairly priced. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing work on their stove or just a simple cleaning.
