Having known Richard for a number of years through arranging my insurance, when it came time to get a Mortgage there was no one else I would approach to to the work on my behalf. While I was in a good place to make a purchase, Richard and his team worked tirelessly to ensure we met the sellers deadlines and expectations. We went from viewing a house to moving in within 5 weeks. While I appreciate this is not the norm, Richard, my wife and I had laid plenty of ground work before finding the house and as a result Richard and his team were able to deliver for us on all levels.
