Mo was an absolute lifesaver. We had an electrical fault on a Saturday — never a good time for these things — and he came out on short notice without hesitation. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and had it fixed in no time. It's rare to find someone who combines that level of technical skill with genuine warmth and care for the customer. Mo went above and beyond, and we're so grateful he was willing to help on a weekend when we really needed it. Can't recommend him highly enough — if you need an electrician you can trust, especially in an emergency, Mo is your guy.

I highly recommend this electrician. He completed a full rewiring of my entire house almost 3 years ago to an excellent standard and was professional, reliable, tidy and knowledgeable throughout the work. He explained everything clearly and ensured the job was completed safely, properly and cost effective. What impressed me most was his outstanding aftercare. Even after the work was finished, he remained helpful, responsive and willing to assist with any questions. It is rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers. An excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend them to everyone. I really appreciate how RCD came to solve my problem within 24hrs notice! Really exceptional and at a reasonable price. Also that they were able to determine some of the issue, quote and bring parts required with them. Mo himself is prompt, reliable, efficient, informative and so polite and sweet! I cannot recommend him/RCD/Milad highly enough.Second time I am using them. Job was to replace a bunch of old style halogen lights, change system and set to dimmer switches. I will be hiring again.

We needed a new electrical safety certificate for our property. After calling many electricians, I came across RCD Electrical. From the first moment I spoke with Milad on the phone, I was immediately impressed by his professionalism. He accommodated my busy schedule and quoted me a fair price. After making the payment, we were immediately sent the appointment details. I was informed about an hour before the appointment that the engineer was on the way. And guess who showed up: the owner of the business, Milad, himself. He told me that the team member who was supposed to come to our property had just been in an accident, and there was no one else available to cover the appointment. He didn't want to cancel, so he drove his personal car to our property instead to carry out the inspection. Once the electrical inspection started, he found a few issues and immediately fixed them on the spot. Many other electricians would try to milk the customer by saying that it was just an inspection and they would have to charge extra for repairs. But not Milad. I have never had such a positive experience with a contractor (and as a property owner, I have had to deal with many).
