Edited 09/25 to add: Adam Chubb came back to help us update more windows in our home. Again an awesome experience, no high pressure sales, so easy to work with as was everyone else we have dealt with. We loved our first window install so much that we knew we were in good hands. Repeat customers for life :).
We had a very good experience with Adam Chubb who came to our home to discuss 20 year old windows that were drafty and failing with moisture inside. He did not pressure us at all, explained our options and let us decide. We are confident in our choice and the quality of the product. Thank you Anderson and Adam :)

Stephen was patient and explained everything in detail, my mother is 83 years old and was still able to follow and fully understand everything about the windows and contract. Very personable, very respect when going through the house and just made the process easy and fun. I never give 5 stars because that's excellence and shows there is no room for improvement but I honestly could not think of anything more that Stephen could have done to make this presentation better. Price is expensive but the quality makes it worth it!

I have begun receiving bi weekly promotions from renewal. It is extremely frustrating and borderline harassing. I asked to be removed from their marketing list as I am on the do not call/contact list through the state. How desperate is your company to offer a dinner invitation in exchange for watching a window demonstration? I hope their tactics put them out of business one day. Their over aggressive marketing, in my opinion, is exactly why their prices are so high to begin with. I have lived here 10 years with not much a of problem with this until recently. I understand they probably survey the age of homes in the areas and assess the likelihood of the windows needing replaced. While it is a strategy, what is the cost of doing this? At least for me, I’ll never be a renewal customer.
Sales rep, Travis, was very respectful and took the time to explain all the aspects and details of the windows and answered all my questions. I never felt pressured to purchase anything.

We called Renewal by Anderson in mid August to arrange an in-home review and estimate. What prompted the call was a card and letter we received from Linda Johnson offering $400 off windows with no money down, no payments or interest for 12 months.
We spoke to the person who picked up the phone, and I answered all of the questions she posed. We managed to find a mutually agreement date and time; 26 August at 2 o'clock.
Well, 2 o'clock came and no one arrived, and we received no phone call either. Perhaps they were running late or were lost - but no phone call? Here we are at 2 September and no one has ever showed up or called.
Having been involved in marketing much of my professional life, I know that first impressions are important and lasting. I also thought that surely more than one person had to be involved in setting up the appointment and giving it to someone to follow up. And yet, there was no follow-up phone call, or letter. This is very curious and certainly a poor business practice.
Then I got to thinking about other times when first impressions typically indicated poor quality and/or service. Once, we went to a restaurant we had never been to before. After we were seated, we noticed the carpet was sticky and the place was not clean. I thought to myself, if what we can see is not good, imagine what we cannot see. We left immediately.
To extrapolate from one experience to another, I thought is this lack of attention to keep an appointment or even call with an explanation indicative of the type work they would do for us? I believe it would be reasonable to believe so.

Consultation was excellent, did not realize how much I did not know about windows and doors. Unfortunately could not afford to replace at this time.
Scott Davis was very thorough, polite, and patient with all of our questions, and showed us all available discounts for our purchase. Would recommend people work with him for windows purchases.

I can only rate the salesman at this point. He was absolutely great! Knowledgable, friendly and direct! I enjoyed the experience. I’m getting 8 windows and a patio door replacing my double door at my rear entrance. This is my main entrance as well so it gets a lot of use!
UPDAT: The process is now complete. I must say this was a great project team. Their individual knowledge and the commitment to performance and customer service was exemplary. The Team was courteous, friendly, and I hardly knew they were there!
Walking through the process was made easy by Mary who was right there when she needed to be! Can’t say anything negative about the experience or the end results! I love my 8 new windows on my second floor and the new patio door is absolutely “dreamy”.
