Had a clogged kitchen sink. Called for the appointment on Sunday and asked for a Monday after 11am which is what I received. I had Carlos as my technician. He came in diagnosed the problem and started to work on the clogged drain. Turned out to be years of grease build up. After snaking and removing the trap 5x it was finally flowing. The price given at the beginning was also the price charged. Carlos was great with explaining everything going on and very patient... I was getting frustrated just watching what he was going through. Thanks Carlos 🍺 left the kitchen cleaner than he arrived 😊

Called due to an issue with the thermostat pilot lighting the tank. When the tech reviewed the situation, he basically disconnected and reconnected the thermostat and the pilot and burners turned on. When pressed what reason for failure, no answer was given claiming he didn't know why. I was told my expansion tank and cut off valve required replacing, parts were no more than 120, they charged me 530[b4 tax and ccd fee] for labor[650 total] for a job that took 40 min to do, a bit pricey if u ask me!
The plumber and assistant, were excellent, They were professional & courteous, They installed a new kitchen sink & faucet and repaired the pipes underneath the sink . I would recommend them for any project

I found RTP using google search and booked yesterday. Someone came today and resolved a problem created by another plumber. Connor was great, polite professional and got the job done quickly. Definitely using this company again and very grateful for such great service at a reasonable price.

Needed main water valve replaced.Added 2 other valves for water to house and water to bolier.Also worked on shower .Connor was professional. Found meter buried in front lawn.Quick service.Here the next day after initial call right within window I was told.I will use Ray the Plumber again in the future.
