I had a hard time finding a roofer that could come out on short notice. Everyone we spoke to had at least a 2 week waiting time. We had a couple of leaks that were a big problem. R.A. Woodall Roofing was able to come out earlier than other roofers. But the big thing was that Butch was so extremely helpful! He was able to find the leak and patch it really well. It still was awhile before they were able to come out and do the final repair, but it wasn't a problem to wait, because he was able to mitigate the problem. I had a followup question after the repair, and Butch came out right away to discuss it with me. It was so nice to have someone so responsive. It was greatly appreciated!
We recently had our roof replaced and had a great experience. The crew arrived early every day and protected our windows and shrubs with plywood and tarps before starting any work. The whole project took almost four days, and at the end of each day they cleaned the ground thoroughly. Later, when we discovered a small leak around a vent pipe, they came back quickly, fixed the issue, and cleaned everything up. They were professional, hardworking, and very responsive. Highly recommend this company!
AAAAA +++++ Roofing and General Contractor! I initially hired R A Woodall (Alan Woodall) for extensive work on my Kingsmill home's roof, which went very well. Turned out that Woodall had a Class A Contractor license and can handle much more than roofs, so I enlarged my home improvement project to include replacement of multiple windows/casings and some other things. That work too was excellent, so I contracted to have Woodall refurbish my entire law office suite in McLaws Circle down to its beams and studs, and still enjoy compliments about the craftsmanship and appearance. Bonus: Alan and his son Nathan are great guys! I heartily recommend them without reservation.

I recommend Woodall & Sons for your roof replacement. The company replaced our roof in May 2025. We selected the company based on their competitive price, availability, and personal attention. The project took approximately 10 hrs and was completed in one day. The crew was courteous, professional, and quick. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day. I would not hesitate to work with the company again.

Did a thorough job, very courteous and clean, always cleared their work area of debris before they left for the day. Weather and more damage than expected caused our project to cost more than expected and finish later, but Allan walked us through the steps. Would work with them again

We received great service from Woodall Roofing after a tree hit our rental property and damaged the roof, fence, and caused interior water damage from the storm. Alan, the owner, was very responsive and was able to work with both myself and our property management company with my husband and me being out of state. Not only was the work done well, it was done very quickly - and so great to know the Woodall team can do so much more than roofing! Thank you, Alan and team!

Contacted Mr. Woodall on Saturday via the website and called me back on Monday. He actually tracked my number down as I had a typo in it. My first clue on his service. We met on Tuesday and was a pleasure to talk to. He explained everything in great detail and showed me several options of shingles. No high pressure, and gave me straight answers. The crew came out and was right on time. They were actually able to replace the roof in one day! The crew was hard working and respectful of the property. When they were done, I could not find anything left behind. I am still looking for nails and have yet to find one! I went through several price quotes when someone would call back. So let me save you the trouble, just call Alan as he will give you a good price and he and his crew do great work! You wont be sorry. Even the neighbors were impressed. Thank you Alan and please thank the crew too!
