Wonderful carpet, lots of different price points and we were very happy with the result. They did our stairs and the main sleeping floor - moving all beds and large furniture as they went. They even bound our remnant carpet into a door mat for free. Friendly and knowledge.
The service was excellent. We had a problem with our new rug and the folks at Rawlings resolved it immediately and to our great satisfaction. Overall, a great experience.

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish! This was a large project, most of the first floor, and we were living here during the work, and we had been dreading it. Our floor was changed from wall to wall to beautiful, Maine grown hardwood, and the demo team were so efficient and neat in their work, it was honestly impressive! Somehow they removed and cleaned up everything in one day. Next, our installer, Peter, came in and began laying the subfloor and hardwood, and he was amazing, precise, friendly, and did a stunning job. So glad we went with Rawlings, I can really understand why they've been in business my whole life here!

We had hardwoods installed in our living area and luxury vinyl in our kitchen. Rawlings was great to work with. Deb was our salesperson but everyone there was great to deal with. Steve was our installer and he does absolutely amazing work. We are using them again for the remaining bedrooms and bath.
We love working with local businesses when we can! And we are so glad we went to Rawlings when we wanted to replace our carpet. We did not even know what we wanted and they showed us options in all budget levels. We were given samples to take home to compare and selected the one we wanted and the measure, purchase, and install was flawless. The installation crew was amazing. Very professional and fast and took the extra step to wrap the stairs to give it a much more finished up scale look. I would recommend them for sure and will use them for flooring needs in the future!
We had all the floors in our home (except for sunroom and bathroom) replaced with LVP. We initially met with Steve who showed us different varieties within our budget and allowed us to take as many samples as we wanted home with us. Scheduling was easy because of timely communication by Steve.
Install was estimated to be 5 days but our expert installer Tom was able to finish midway the 4th day. He is knowledgeable and completed an impeccable install, including several minor carpentry items necessary to complete the job. We cannot speak highly enough of him.
The entire process was easy and seamless. We highly recommend Rawlings and would call them again in a heartbeat.

They are knowledgeable, courteous, and dependable. They recently installed a floating floor in our basement and it looks fantastic. It was a very stressful time to keep a business running while navigating repairs and replacement of my flooring. I decided to shop local and visited Rawlings. I was immediately greeted by one of the owners, Mark. Mark listened attentively to my needs and urgency to get the correct flooring and have it installed ASAP. He was helpful with choosing the type of the luxury vinyl and carpeting from a lot of options. He discussed considerations of wear patterns, use, colors, and helped me in make a quality choice that fit my budget. In short order, I had chosen the flooring and Mark took it from there. He had the office measured, product ordered, installation date set all with NO WORRY on my part. The was installed even earlier than expected which was such a wonderful surprise!!
