Easy (scheduled repair for the next day) , Professional, (took the time to explain what the cause was, made the repair and gave me a solid recommendation) - Overall a real pleasure to work with!

Our house has fire protection sprinklers, which, per the previous owner had been shutoff. So, trying to determine what really is the situation, I called Raven Fire Protection.
