Such a fabulous service! I sent a message at 7am by 7:15 I had a phone call and at 9 they were at my property. Very efficient and knowledgable. I was talked through the process and how to prevent them coming back. Super helpful and stayed in contact with me over the 15 day process. I would most definitely recommend this business. We had noises coming from the ceiling and called the council pest control service, they did put some baits however it did not solve the problem. We called Rattic and had a visit same day, they were professional and knowledgeable, showed us where the problem could be coming from and gave important advice on how to prevent them in the future. Baits were safely placed in the right places and 5 days later we had no more activity. We just had the follow up visit, to make sure everything was safe now. Thank you very much Rattic for your help, really appreciated.
