Thank You
Extremely disappointed with both the product and the service. I purchased a motor control unit that burned out on the very first day of installation. To the company's credit, they sent a replacement, but that one didn’t even last a week before failing.
Since then, it has been impossible to get a hold of anyone. They are completely ignoring my calls and messages. I’ve wasted a significant amount of money and time on this. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this company."

We have thoroughly reviewed your concern with our team. As per our records, your order was placed between 12–16 January 2025. During that same period, you were in direct contact with our technical support team, and the reported issue was addressed with proper guidance and assistance.
After this interaction, no further complaint, follow-up, or service request was received from your side—neither during the warranty period nor immediately after. Raising a complaint after nearly one year, without reconnecting with our support team, is neither fair nor accurate representation of our service process.
At Rashail Agro, we have always stood by our farmers and continue to do so. We provide active technical support and service within the defined warranty period, and we expect customers to follow the standard support channels for resolution.
If you are still facing any issue, we strongly encourage you to contact our team directly instead of posting unresolved concerns publicly without prior discussion. We remain available to assist as per warranty terms and company policy.

Thank you so much for your positive feedback!
I used this product i.e. Data Logger from Rashail Agro. It helps me a lot and provides a better farming experience by collecting real-time data on factors like temperature, humidity, soil moisture, and light intensity, can make informed decisions regarding irrigation, fertilization, and pest control. I highly recommend to all other farmers to use the product to increase productivity and sustainability.
