Easily the best web designer we've ever dealt with. Aside from her obvious talent, Melanie was the most patient provider we've ever encountered before. Our Russellbrooke website is absolutely stunning and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Currently having my right to privacy held to ransom. Found my name on a website that Melanie made without my consent. That company quoted an excessive amount to have the webhost (Melanie) make an edit. I went to Melanie and discovered the company’s quote inaccurate as the company does have access over the website but Melanie also refuses my right to privacy.

Hi Danielle - as we've discussed via text, once my client gives me the go ahead in writing to remove your testimonial from her website I am more than happy to remove it. This website was built in 2014 from content provided, therefore consent was provided by my client. I'm sure you understand that I cannot make changes to a client's website at someone else's request - that would be completely unethical.

I'd also like to note for others reading this review that Danielle is not a client of Rapid Websites, so any review is not relating to services provided.
