Like their name implies, I got a rapid response. They gave me a 2 hour window and even gave me a call that they could make it earlier. The men arrived within 5 minutes of the call - both were friendly, polite, and professional. As I have a newer unit, they suggested a UV light that goes inside the air exchanger that prevents mold from growing - no pressure, just a suggestion.

We’ve been having a little trouble with our ac line getting clogged. I spoke with Mandy & she couldn’t have been nicer & sympathetic with our situation & had someone to come out same day. She offered different solutions & a new maintenance program that will be beneficial when my current one is up for renewal. Dominique came out & explained what he thought was happening & a couple different solutions to our problem. He is always kind & informative and does a thorough job. Couldn’t be happier with the switch over to Rapid Response.

My experience with Rapid Response AC Services was exactly as the their name says......... a RAPID RESPONSE to my call and services! What a relief at a time when it is hard to get a quick response out of many local service companies. On top of that, all persons dealt with during my service were knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. I will definitely be using Rapid Response AC Service for all of my future AC needs!

I’m truly sorry that the final cost of $328 felt excessive and left you disappointed — that’s never the experience we want for our customers. I can see why it felt frustrating to pay a diagnostic fee when you already had a strong idea that the drain line was the issue, and then to have an additional P-trap installed that you didn’t feel was necessary.

Just so other readers understand our pricing (and for transparency): we do charge a $99 service call/diagnostic fee for customers covered by our Response Club or legacy maintenance program that is disclosed up front. We charge $129 for homeowners who are not covered by our maintenance services. That fee covers getting a licensed technician to the home, performing a full system evaluation, and making sure there are no additional or hidden issues that could cause repeated failures. In this case, the technician followed standard protocol by thoroughly clearing the primary drain line and also adding a secondary P-trap with a clean-out — a common preventive measure many manufacturers and inspectors now recommend to reduce future clogs and water damage. While it added to the cost, it was installed with the intention of saving you from another service call down the road.

That said, your feedback is valuable. We clearly could have done a better job explaining the “why” behind the recommendation on site (especially since your wife was handling everything while you were away). We’ll use this as a training point with the team.

Mixed bag here. This is the second time I have used them over the last 3 months. First was the ac compressor motor which was fine, a bit expensive but it was hotter than hell in August. The second job did not go so well.. They came out on a Thursday afternoon and was told a specific time. That came and went so called them again and was told the tech was delayed. No call from them. The tech finally showed up after 5pm and I was told the blower motor was now shot. Fine. Was told they would be back in the morning to replace the unit. I paid 50% as a deposit, $800.00. They never showed up. Called in the afternoon and was told the tech had a personal issue and would be by in the afternoon. Never showed up and no call. Called the office on Satuday and left two voicemails with no response. Kayla called me on Sunday and she could not believe what happened and was going to speak with the General Manager regarding the situation. Was told I was on the schedule for Monday morning. Tech showed up around 11am with the part. He told me he had to go and pick the part up early that morning as it just came in! I was lied to!!! System is fixed for now and I sure do hope I get a call from the GM to further discuss.

Roger came to our house to do a six month service call. But he went far beyond the regular service call and Cleaning. Explaining everything that he was doing as he went along. He went the extra mile by stretching out a 100 foot long water hose to spray down the coils of the AC unit. He also checked the heating system to make sure it was working properly. Roger is very knowledgeable about the industry and the work he does on different units and different manufacturers. He was nice enough to explain the differences in AC units and their capabilities. And the different options that rapid response could offer for different Service packages. Roger and rapid response go the extra mile, I would highly recommend them !

Really great if they're collecting thousands of dollars from you for work, don't expect the same treatment if their equipment breaks down. We had a brand new AC unit and air handler installed in October 2023, attempted to use the heater for the first time November of 2025, it did not work. The owner, Robert, does not respond to calls or texts. Will not send anyone out to take care of the brand new units unless you pay for it. We spent well over $15,000 for both units, the air duct sealant treatment, as well as paying for a service two months after the install because the ac stopped working. I DO NOT recommend this company for any reason. Use literally any other company, you will not regret it.
