The company was extremely responsive and scheduled us quickly, as we had an largr emergency spill on the carpet. Matt was fantastic—he arrived within the time window I was given, was friendly and professional, and walked me through the entire process. He explained the materials he’d be using, the benefits of his cleaning method, expected dry time, and the safety precautions we should take afterward (especially to prevent slipping on the wood floors).
I’ll definitely be using this company again to have them clean our couches as well as the dining room and kitchen chair cushions.

Had My carpets cleaned Today by Rapid Dry Carpet company. The cleaning was very professional and the results were amazing! From super dirty upholstery that my kids spilled chocolate milk every day, now it looks completely new! Matt is very professional and does a great work and Frank was very quick to answer calls and schedule everything.

This is my first time using Rapid Dry Carpet cleaning. Very happy with their work . They were able to give me quick appointment date. Frank did an excellent job. I have a white carpet in my bedroom and it’s never been clean like this in the pasr. their prices were unbelievable for the quality of work they performed. Frank took my call on a Saturday morning after I had a flood in my boiler room that spread to my finished basement. Frank dispatched Matt, who came with his truck, vacuum, carpet blowers and a commercial dehumidifier that quickly went to work. Matt assessed the flood damage came up with a plan for the remediation. Once again, Rapid Carpets came through providing excellent service, very courteous and respectful of our property. Thanks guys for everything you do.
