Amanda was wonderful on helping me narrow down materials based on my personality. Dave was an awesome project manager. Made sure everything was done perfect the first time. I really appreciate his attention to detail. Our backyard looks great, performs well, and we've had no issues one year later. We heard that the Complete Backyard was known for quality, and they lived up to their reputation. The construction process was smooth as progress and next steps were well-communicated. Our pool is 25 years old this summer. If the sun is shinning and the water is warm , you can find me in my pool. If it's a nice day or evening, I'll be sitting by it. We have had no major problems whatsoever. My pool holds 44,000 gals and we paid $28,000 25 yrs ago! I'm so glad we got it.

Buying a pool and choosing the right company is stressful because of the investment. We made the right choice with CB!!! Professional, kept informed throughout the process. And upgrades that I was unsure during our consultation ended up being well worth the cost! Saltwater, in-floor cleaning system & cool decking…DO IT!!! Makes taking care of your pool EASY. I wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt appreciation for the incredible work done by The Complete Backyard team. From start to finish, the entire process exceeded our expectations. RJ, Jesse, and everyone involved were courteous, professional, and incredibly patient, making the experience truly enjoyable.
The design phase was particularly enlightening and exciting. The team really listened to our input and came up with a fantastic design, going over options and features in great detail. It was clear that they were dedicated to creating something special for us. Amanda, the Project Manager, worked with our HOA and kept everything moving along smoothly.
The construction crews were outstanding! They were always on time, professional, and their work was nothing short of amazing. They hand-carried the heavy stones and meticulously put the grotto together just as we had imagined it. Their skill and craftsmanship were evident, and they consistently cleaned up the area, which we greatly appreciated.
A special shout-out to our Project Manager Eric, who was simply amazing. He kept us informed of daily activities and the upcoming schedule, ensuring the project stayed on track despite the challenging cold and rainy season. His flexibility and understanding of our needs made a significant difference.
Finally, the Pool School after completion was concise but essential. They took the time to show us all the functions and maintenance needs, making our summers so much easier.

We had a great experience with the TCB. The entire staff was attentive and friendly. Dave, the project manager, went above and beyond to meet our expectations.
From start to finish Dave was there to ensure everything ran smoothly. He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and always available to answer our questions or address any concerns.
Our pool was completed over a year ago, and I still feel like I could call him to help me if we were to run into any problems!

We selected The Complete Backyard based on the reviews and recommendations of others, and following meeting with 4 different companies. What stood out is their responsiveness and commitment to doing what they said they would do.
Our project was unusual in that it involved the removal and replacement of a large existing in ground pool which had been poorly built by another company and had shifted in the ground. As a result the complexity of our build was significant, but they created a true backyard oasis for us, while also addressing the root cause of the problems that plagued the prior pool.
To be fully transparent, things didn't always go according to plan during our project and timings got extended due to weather and crew availability, but Ross, RJ and the broader team were responsive, available, and always sought to understand and address any concerns we had. Most notably, we had two significant warranty issues following the completion of the project, after we had paid for the project in its entirety. Ross and team didn't hesitate and ultimately went above and beyond to quickly address these issues to our complete satisfaction, and have since followed up multiple times to simply make sure we remain completely happy with the outcome.
In the end, we will use The Complete Backyard again for enhancements to our little piece of paradise. Our experience gives us confidence that they will do what they say and are truly committed to their customers, even beyond the projects end.

Well constructed & well done. It should be noted that we were not looking for the fastest or cheapest pool build, but we asked every pool bid to design it like it was their own backyard. The TCB pool, firepit & deck finish have been well used, without concern of elementary school-aged kids trying to see whether they can break it, and it looks fantastic.

The Complete Back yard built us a great pool, thy built us the best pool we have ever seen in a persons back yard. It’s the level of a resort type pool. They did a wonderful job and if I was gonna build another pool tomorrow the complete back yard would be my first call.

We enlisted the services of TCB to redesign our backyard. We knew we wanted something that was not only functional but that also looked great. We knew we did not want a pool as the yard was too small for that. With the help of their design team we came up with plans. TCB went through getting all the permits we needed. The construction phase took less time than we expected and the PM, Dave, was great to work with. The entire staff at TCB was wonderful. If we had questions they got us answers. Communication was open on both sides and that made working with them all the better. We didn't have to ask for updates, they were providing them. If you're looking to have your backyard remade, I would highly recommend The Complete Backyard!
