Probably the best service from a healthcare professional I've received. 10/10. Definitely recommend for her thoroughness, reassurance, and patience with me when I experienced pain. I went away with advice before a follow-up a week later, at which things went painlessly. Ear wax had stuck to the wall of my ear and needed that extra time and daily oiling to loosen. It worked and I was in and out in no time (initial appointment was about 1 hour long). It was cool to be shown the inside of my ears, before and after! As you can see, they were pretty blocked and pretty raw!

I had been suffering for almost over a week, with not being able to hear anything. I found this place that offered ear cleaning. Lauren was absolutely fantastic with the service she had given me. Asking me throughout the procedure how I was feeling ect.
My hearing is now better then ever and was definitely money well spent!

As someone who is hearing impaired and need hearing aids, regular ear care is essential to enable me have as much clarity possible to interpret sounds correctly.
Some while ago, my limited hearing was further compromised when there was yet again a build up of wax (an inevitable downside to wearing hearing aids).
Having had micro suction several times and not finding anyone who could see me in the , not too distant future, fortunately, using a search engine I found Lauren.
What a fortunate find as I have now have someone who is thorough, empathetic and genuinely cares about my ear health and hearing.
I recommend her unreservedly.

My daughter was struggling to hear, not only at home but also at school.
Laura sat with us and spoke with our 8 year old daughter to go through her symptoms and gave great reassurance.

As I have never had any sort of treatment on my ears before I was not sure what to expect. Lauren was professional and made the experience a good one. It was amazing to see a large piece of wax being removed. I highly recommend Lauren. Definitely 5*

Very pleased with the service from Lauren. She was able to fit me in due to a cancellation earlier than expected which was great. Detailed assessment and made sure that I was comfortable during the procedure. Advice was given following the procedure and explained everything she had found.
