I recently took my Jeep to Randy’s Offroad to have the rear differential rebuilt, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
From the start, the staff was incredibly professional and took the time to actually listen to my concerns regarding the drivetrain. It’s rare to find a shop that combines deep technical expertise with such high-quality customer service.
The work was completed in a timely manner, and the quality of the rebuild is top-notch. If you’re looking for a team that is knowledgeable, communicative, and respectful of your time and vehicle, I highly recommend Randy’s. I’ll definitely be returning for future service and upgrades.
I brought my old Bronco in for a relatively simple repair and upgrade and I was not disappointed with the service. I had an appointment to drop the vehicle off on a Tuesday and picked it up early Wednesday afternoon even when extra parts had to be ordered. I got me vehicle back a few hours sooner that expected and the service (rear axle rebuild and added a Yukon LSD) was spot on. I certainly recommend Randy's Offroad.
I continue to be pleasantly surprised with Randy’s level of service, their knowledgeable staff and how quickly they are able to help. While all I had done with my F450 dually was an oil change, it was done efficiently and quickly. Best shop in my opinion.

The only shop that will touch Maria (2002) my Ram 2500,is Randy's off road. Been going there when Randy owned and still going there under the new owners. Nothing has changed Their service is outstanding. They treat me like they have known me for years. Never had an issue after any work they have done. Always given an update with they find something else which anyone can't find until you have things apart. in closing all I can say is if you haven't taken your truck to Randy's give them a try.

Can't recommend them enough!! Our 2019 Chevy Silverado Z71 had a growling noise that got louder over time and only happened on turning on slight hills, round a bouts or inclines. We spent 2 years going to 4 dealerships, several smaller shops, spent several thousand $$ and no one could pinpoint the issue. We scoured the Internet for years too. Nothing!! Randy's found the issue after a few visits!! Can't even express our happiness!! Zero noise And less than $800 to fix the issue. Thank you Tanner for being so patient with me and to the guys in the shop you guys are miracle works and true truck whispers! 😊 Pricier, but worth every penny!!
And still ! Randy’s is the best ! 6.7 L F250 , get the AMS oil change and treat your beast right . Always professional, always done right ! No regrets ever . Recent work ? S&S disaster prevention kit ! Google it if you’re new to the CP4 world and get her done ✅ Tanners knowledge is second to none , trust me …. They will guide you in the right direction.
