We had no hot water. Called R & A around 8 in the morning. They were able to come to our house in the morning and gave us options on a new water heater. We agreed on solution and price, they ordered water heater from local a supplier. They came back early afternoon removed old water heater, installed new heater, cleaned up the area and hauled away the old materials.
WE HAD HOT WATER THE SAME DAY.
The people from R & A were very courteous, professional, and knew what they were doing.

We experienced a water loss issue last year, which led to the discovery of other plumbing issues in our home. They went above and beyond to get to the root of the issue. They were completely honest and ultimately saved us a significant amount of money and time. It's challenging to find an honest company that doesn't try to take advantage of its customers.
