I had a great experience at Bernado Center auto care. I came in for a smog check, and the entire process was quick and hassle-free. The staff was efficient, professional, and got everything done in no time. Pricing was very reasonable as well, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for fast and reliable service.
This place is bunk. Got a referral when my car needed to be towed that they did the best work around and came to realize that’s false. My trunk has not worked since the day I got it back. Originally came in for tire sensors on a Mercedes c300. They fixed that then out of no where the trunk is no longer able to be opened from any of the button options. They refused to do anything about it and essentially told me I was lying and it was my fault it was broke. One of the managers words was “well how do I know it wasn’t broke before your brought it in” lol it was working fine when I brought it in and the original issue had nothing to do with the trunk. Don’t take your car here. The main guy is rude and has a smug attitude 24/7. Worst place in the city. Terrible customer service.
THIS SHOP IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! Rick’s RB Auto was shady and overpriced. This new shop is great. They provided great communication. I used to be a mechanic, and I know the stigma of the auto repair industry. I was pleasantly surprised with their honesty, efficiency, and quality of service. I will definitely return in the future and recommend anyone who needs auto repair to stop by. They also have great deals for maintenance and service. THANK YOU!
