Excellent hospitality, entire staff are humble. Doctors make us feel like in home. Treatment available in many hospitals but patient care is excellent. They answer all queries with patience. Visited this hospital with a friend on 29/06/25 who was suffering from gastric trouble. The receptionist took all our details and asked us to wait. After half an hour, the doctor walked past us, looked directly at us, and said, “There are only two people,” before leaving.
No explanation, no consultation. This kind of dismissive and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting. Extremely disappointed with the lack of empathy and basic courtesy.

Our Hospital remains closed for OP department on Sunday.
We did not have any patients visiting on that Sunday.
Patient made waiting on a Sunday when doctors are not available is highly not possible.
Doctor walking past without responding to patients in our Hospital till date remains a sentence which feels like a personal target on our Hospital.
We are very sure no one has come to our hospital for OP on 29/06/2025.
Based on the previous reviews of our Hospital, if you go through we are very patient centred and maintain a personal touch for each and every patient.
