I’ve tried to change my address with you guys in writing three times through email twice over the phone still got left on hold for 30 minutes still have not had my address changed even after verifying It’s very concerning because if I didn’t go pick up this check, I would’ve never got it because wrong Address was printed on it. Even after verifying through email the day before. My intuition said not to trust getting it sent in the mail and boy was I right I’ve asked this particular paralegal to keep her hands off my case, cause she’s constantly un informing me of court dates but there she is still messing up my case. But I will give all the stars to Matt . He’s a great lawyer just very disappointed in the paralegal that is working with him. If you have a check from Ramos go pick it up. Do not depend on them to pay attention to detail as far as getting it sent to you through mail.

I was in a car accident in April 2025. My back was injured and needed to be seen. I reached out to Ramos Law, and Lanae and Ross helped guide me along the way. They were very responsive to all my questions and concerns along the way, they sent me to the right clinic for my back problems and most importantly made sure my back was healed before they closed the case. This was my first time having to use an attorney and they did right by me. I would definitely recommend Ramos Law thanks to Lane and Ross!

These guys were fantastic at handling my accident. If you are 100% not at fault, they will have an overwhelming amount of power in their wheelhouse to get the care you deserve. Even if things are up in the air, don't hesitate to at least get a consultation. Never witnessed the level of aplomb these guys have for getting things done. Talk to them.
