Anytime I have ever had an issue with my air handler. I can call or text Frank. He is very quick to respond and is very accommodating with his schedule. His prices are beyond fair, and even though they may be lower than a lot of the competition he still gives better service than any company I have ever worked with. When you work with ram air conditioning, you are working with family. To me he is uncle Frank, and he make sure my family has what they need in a timely manner and has no issue going into detail about things to make sure you fully understand processes and equipment. I would recommend him to anybody. Update 7/11/2025: This man is a lifesaver. He comes out with very little notice, works his magic, and charges a minimal amount where other people would have cost me hundreds of dollars. If anyone doesn’t use Ram they are missing out. The company is fantastic and they have a strong Set of values.

For the past 15 years RAM has provided excellent HVAC, as well as installation of a new hot water tank. Prior to the replacement of my two units three years ago, RAM provided yearly preventative maintenance that gave me more years before they had to be replaced. Frank the owner has always responded to our needs within 24 hours. To include ordering parts that took a few days to arrive. Frank provided a window unit to help cool the master bedroom. That’s above and beyond exceptional customer service. RAMs the company for all your HVAC needs. I highly recommend his experience for customer satisfaction.
