Aaron was great to work with, he really had great ideas in coming up with final solution. Crew was on time, worked hard. Lucio as job foreman was outstanding. His attention to detail and doing job right was awesome. Great follow up at end of job, was a couple of minor areas that needing some tweeking, they came out promptly and took care of it, customer satisfaction is obviously important to them. Would recommend RainPros for drainage work and in building retaining walls.
Rain Pros has performed three jobs at our house, all of them relating to drainage issues. The work was outstanding, they were very easy to work with, they kept to the agreed-upon schedule, and the price was very reasonable.
We also talked with a construction firm and a landscape architecture company about our needs, but drainage work was only a sidelight for them. Conversely, it's one of several key services that Rain Pros offers, all of them water-related. I strongly recommend that you hire them.

“If I could give zero stars, I would.”
Called these guys out to deal with a clogged drain, clean the gutters, and check my sprinkler system. They showed up late, no phone call, no apology. When they finally did arrive, the tech seemed more interested in talking on his phone than actually working.
They “cleaned” the gutters but left piles of muck all over my driveway and flower beds. The drain issue? Still clogged. When I asked about it, I got a shrug and a “we’ll need to come back with different equipment” — which of course means another service call fee.
The sprinkler system was the cherry on top. They fiddled with it for maybe 10 minutes, told me everything was “fine,” and left. Guess what? Half the heads still don’t pop up, and one zone won’t even turn on.
When I called the office to complain, I was put on hold for 20 minutes, then told the manager “wasn’t available.” No follow-up, no accountability, just excuses. For the price I paid, I honestly could’ve done a better job myself with a ladder and a garden hose.
Bottom line: If you’re in Tacoma and need reliable gutter, drain, or sprinkler work, look anywhere else. These guys are unreliable, sloppy, and happy to take your money without fixing the problem.

We hate to let anyone down and seeing this review would have immediately reached out to see what we could do to make things right. This name does not show up in our database going back 20 years. We haven't had a recent visit with a guy named Don. We believe this is a case of mistaken company or something else. A couple ways we know this isn't a real customer. We don't put people on hold to talk to a mananger, we transfer them to the managers line and it will either be picked up or go to vm. But most obvious to us is that we have never and will never clean gutters because we aren't insured to climb ladders for work. We are a drainage company that addresses drainage issues once the water hits the ground. Having said all of that, Don, if you are real and we performed this terribly please call our main line 253-678-7111 opt 6 to be connected directly with a manager and we will do whatever it takes to make things right. Everyone else, please consider this was intended for another company or was written by someone who wanted to hurt our online reputation.
We recently had an irrigation system installed by Rain Pros and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the beginning, communication was excellent. Jeff, who managed the entire project, was incredibly responsive and made sure we understood every step of the process. He kept us in the loop and always took the time to answer our questions, which we really appreciated.
The pricing from Rain Pros was very reasonable—especially compared to other vendors we spoke with. The turnaround time was quick, and the crew showed up on time, ready to work. They were professional, efficient, and respectful of the property.
What really impressed us was how well they cleaned up after the installation. You wouldn’t even know they had been there as our yard looked untouched. It was a smooth, hassle-free experience from start to finish.

Not sure how well you can tell from my photo, but our backyard is a very irregular shape and I just couldn't figure out a good hose sprinkler setup that wouldn't get in the way. We decided to invest in an irrigation system, and Rain Pros offered a very reasonable quote.
They managed to knock out our back lawn, two garden beds, and the front lawn in just one day, and they even had to tunnel under a cement walkway! Everything was put back exactly as it was, so well that I needed to reference photos to see where the pipes are. Yup, they include a PDF of photos to reference! This will come in handy as we continue to fill in the backyard. I found the Hunter Hydrawise controller is easy to work with myself, but that could be a grain of salt since I'm one of those techy sorts. Even then, Rain Pros can help you set up the schedule too, so you don't have to worry about anything!
Honestly we can't speak highly enough of these guys, they rock.

We had water pooling our backyard. Rain pros came and made sure our downspouts were clear, which they were. They then proceeded to clear the piping system downstream of the downspouts. The two technicians did a fantastic job, revealing that the downspouts were hooked to a pipe under the lawn, and that said pipe was taken over by roots. This day of work saved us from having to excavate the yard!!

We hired Rain Pros to install a sprinkler system on our 1/2 acre property. They arrived on time and completed the work in two days. They carefully marked where the trenches would go, removed the turf, and replaced it after they were done. You can hardly tell we had a sprinkler system installed! They did an excellent job, the work was exactly as promised, and the sprinklers works great. Highly recommended.
