If help the family member of mine the rates are very fair they usually are able to help people within 24 hours even if you've cancelled on them very polite careful clean safe will definitely recommend them to answer the phone. Can you return your call almost immediately I wish they worked with insurance that would be great.

I can’t say enough about Rainbow Road transport service. Marek was absolutely amazing and his kindness, concern and care for my mother was above and beyond. His care for my mother while she was in pain for her MRI was the best car she could have ever asked for. everyone in the office was also super helpful with scheduling and the several adjustments we needed to make. Shout out to Colina and Angela!

I highly recommend Rainbow Road Transport. It was a positive experience from start to finish. The reservation team was responsive and professional. The drivers were on time, friendly and helpful. The transport vans are clean and easy to get in and out of. Being in a situation suddenly needing medical transport, it was a relief to find a great service like Rainbow Road.
I first used Rainbow Road January of 2024. I am happy to report that a year later, I received the same 5 star service. Customer service is excellent. The drivers (my driver was Radostov) are professional, courteous and caring in nature. The vehicles are clean and seem well maintained. I like knowing that the drivers arrive on time (in my case, early). All-in-all, a great experience...again.

The rehab place I’m staying at arranged transport for me with Rainbow Road. What a wonderful arrangement that was. I was contacted to confirm the arrangement, was advised when the driver was on his way and when he arrived. When my appointment with the doctor was over I contacted them again and the driver was dispatched. Again I was notified of all that was happening. The driver was Lorenzo and he was marvelous. When wheeling me from the building into the van he made me aware of each bump and ramp the chair was encountering so I wouldn’t be concerned. He got me into the doctor’s office reception area so I was all set. He picked me up when the appointment was over and his actions were the same as the first ride. He is a great asset for Rainbow Road.
For my next trip I contacted Rainbow Road again and requested Lorenzo. The service provided was as good as previous.
I would recommend Rainbow Road to anyone needing medical transportation and if you’re lucky enough, you may get Lorenzo as your driver.

Rainbow was fantastic. They took our brother to dialysis 3 times a week and was always on time, very courteous and helpful and we knew our brother was in good hands from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Rainbow to anyone.
