White Water Adventure
Our experience was awesome. We want to thank Josh, for being a great instructor and knowing what to do if we ran into any difficulties. For our first time we expected it to be stressful but it went smoothly, again very big thanks to Josh for his flawless navigation. Thank you, we enjoyed!
Great Colorado rafting!
Great outfit! Registration was easy, the directions were easy to follow and the orientation process was thorough and well thought out. Our guide Luke was patient with us and did an excellent job helping us navigate and enjoy the river. Beautiful section of the river, too!
Absolutely fantastic customer service and outstanding guides!!! We did the Class IV Numbers with Jeff, who was extremely technically proficient and knowledgeable, and guided us expertly through some very tight and "bony" sections in very low water (~300 CFS) conditions. Despite the low water volume, we had a great time due to the technical skills. Chris, the guide on the other raft, had great knowledge of the area geology and history, with funny and witty delivery to boot! Byron really helped out with our scheduling and following up with us trying to time our trip for the best water volume. Georgia we also exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend them and we'll take another trip with them for sure, hopefully the Pine Creek class V on a better water year!! Or maybe just take the duckies for a fun day in the canyon....
Great company! Super organized and knew the river really well. Even in low water levels, the trip was super fun. We had 2 in a ducky with Sam and 2 in a group raft with Fry. Both guides were amazing, great vibes, and definitely made us want to come back to do more rafting with them!

Horrible customer service. Their website says you can book up to 10 hours before the trip and that there needs to be at least 3 people signed up for the trip to happen. We signed up the night before with just us 2, assuming the company would let us know if the trip wasn’t going to happen. We get ready, arrive 20 minutes before our trip at the office and it’s locked. No one is there. I call their number. They didn’t even know we signed up for a trip. They also told us that the trip we signed up for (the Numbers) wasn’t even running due to low flows. Our entire day was gone because all other nearby rafting companies had already gone out for the day. I let them know that there should be safeguards against letting people sign up for things that weren’t going to happen and that they should be more aware of who’s signing up for these trips. All I got was a sorry and an immediate refund. I’m sure they are a 5 star service when IN service but yall gotta do better with your booking system.

This spring, we transitioned to a new booking software, and unfortunately your last-minute reservation slipped through the cracks. That's on us. We've since identified and fixed the issue to help ensure this doesn't happen again.
While we're glad we were able to process an immediate refund, we know that doesn't make up for the lost opportunity to get out on the river that day. We'd love the chance to make this right and show you the level of customer service and rafting experience we're known for.

I may or may not have fallen in love with our rafting guide. Molly made our day. She even told me that swallows are the bird of love.
Overall great time. Professional crew, super accomodating, and 10/10 views. Tucker guided our 2nd boat, and brought a perfect vibe to the trip.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a good trip
Miller was our guide on a ducky trip on the Lower Browns Canyon around 8/20/25. I have done this trip several times and mostly flipped out of my ducky at the class III rapid. Miller had us get out of our boats and hike up above to see the rapid which took away my fear and I successfully kayaked that rapid. Water was low and more technical and I did fall out of my kayak 3 times but Miller was great in guiding me to safety each time. I’m a physically-fit 65 year old and definitely recommend Miller at the Browns Rafting Company.
